CETACEANS AKA DOLPHINS AND WHALES ARE EXTRATERRESTRIAL

In our galaxy they are honored as sentient animals; They are brilliant philosophers and poets.
And we think they are just big, dumb fish, but apparently they are absolutely amazing, amazing mammals. They have the admiration of many of the old races for their beautiful songs and storytelling.
They have legendary stories of the whale dream, which is the cetacean race memory. So they tell stories about their lineage, which they call “whale dream”. If the humans of earth make extinct these species, they will have no standing in the galaxy.
We don’t know their language; it’s an extremely sophisticated language, more sophisticated than the English language. It’s a trinary language, which is why we don’t understand it, because we are so one-dimensional in our language.
Whales and dolphins originated in Cygnus Alpha.
Smaller star systems which orbit around the central suns of Deneb, Sidar, Denaia and Alderia are where they come from. The largest population of whale and dolphin life is right here. Within this collection of smaller stars are thousands of star systems.
They wanted to migrate, they wanted to explore other worlds, they wanted to add to the whale dream.
They were brought here millions of years ago and they are recording. My understanding is that when they birth the young they teach them the song and the song is the story of their lineage and the history that they have learned of the home world that they are on.
That’s the song that they sing. They are singing the song of the lineage.
It’s one right after the other; they teach them everything they know. It’s absolutely amazing.
3rd Density; Volumetric awareness, ego, loss of group identity, development of individual identity, ability to remember past and cognize the future while retaining present awareness. This is the density where human beings emerge. It is a vibration that creates the illusion of separation and thus a challenge toward awakening.
Presently humanity is going thru a transition period into 4th density reality which can account for the many rapid changes the human race is undergoing.
This is the frequency that expresses the most separation from the Whole. It is from here that many lessons about integration are learned. This is the most intense of all levels in its cultivation of growth with the Self.
Cetaceans (dolphins and whales) presently exist simultaneously in 3rd and 4th densities and are transiting out of 3rd along with humanity.
Just like the Atlanteans, the Lemurians had a close connection with animals. It was not quite the same strong connection that the Namlú'u had, because due to the lower frequency of Earth in the Lemurian times, the animals had become meat eaters and were not always as responsive as during the First Golden Age.
Still, the Lemurians had built into their DNA to protect the animals, and that was a heritage from the Namlú'u.
One could see man and ocean animal playing together in the water; people riding dolphins; sometimes even whales and orcas. But the connection between man and dolphin was not only play; they worked together and communicated on a telepathic level.
Interestingly enough; when we watch dolphins today, we may notice that they are trying all they can to communicate with us, but we've lost the ability, and they never accepted that. They still attempt to open that kind of communication.
Dolphins are much more multidimensional than humans are in today's world, and so are the whales. They are holding the frequency of the planet. Sadly enough, although the frequency of Earth is increasing today, partly due to an increased level of gamma rays hitting the Earth, dolphins float up dead on the beaches.
This is a mystery to biologists, but not so much to the metaphysicist.
Dolphins are one with Mother Earth, and when she gets destroyed, her Helpers (dolphins, whales, and others) won't stay. They will leave the planet and travel through the dimensions to a reality which would much better match their energies, accommodate them, and appreciate their service.
In Mu, dolphins loved to help humans with tasks and carry things on their backs. They knew the humans wouldn't hurt them, and they knew that by their presence they raised the vibration of the humans they interacted with.
This is still true today.

35 Million Years Ago
Etheric intelligent civilization created and are designated the guardians of Earth, but they were to find physical guardians also.
26 Million Years Ago
- Reptoid and Dinoids allow a mammalian species to evolve to sentiency. These mammals were called the pre-cataceans
- Pre-cataceans provide ample food for all 3 colonies in exchange for technology (which would in turn improve their production rate further)
- 3 civilizations coexist in harmony trading among one another for 8 million years, all 3 civilizations develop advanced forms of space/time travel
- The pre-cataceans develop their spiritual side extensively (psychic abilities, etc.)
10 Million Years Ago
- Dinoid/Reptoid Alliance (from Bellatrix) come to stop the cooperation with the pre-cataceans - they believed they were superior and should therefore control all other beings.
- Over next 10,000 years the Earth Dinoids and Reptoids become more and more influenced by the Bellatrix Dinoid/Reptoid Alliance.
- Dinoid/Reptoids decide -during these 10,000 years- to destroy the entire pre-catacean race through various psychological war tactics
- Pre-cataceans sense this aggression (through their high psychic abilities) and realize the threat presented now by the Dinoid/Reptoid civilizations.
8 Million Years Ago
- Pre-cataceans decide to implode their fusion reactors located in the Ural Mountain range (with the Earth Spiritual Hierarchies giving them the permission to do so) in a preemptive counter strike
- Pre-cataceans divide into two groups : one group evacuates out of our solar system (to the constellations of Pegasus and Cetus), and the other group begins to alter themselves physically so that they may enter the oceans and there find a haven. This transformation process occurred over a period of 4 million years and the pre-cataceans therefore became the present day cataceans (i.e. the dolphins and whales)
- Pre-cataceans then implode their fusion reactors, thus destroying 98% of the Dinoid/Reptoid civilizations; the remaining 2% evacuated to the planet Maldek (a planet within our solar system)
- With the Dinoid/Reptoid now no longer being present on Earth, the Earth Spiritual Hierarchies and the cataceans had to find a suitable guardian for the land. They searched the galaxy to a distance of approximately 80 light years from the Sun.
- After 2 to 3 million years of searching the galaxy, a primitive aquatic species that was starting to emerge from the oceans was discovered on the fourth planet of the Vega system. This species had creation myths, a language, and a hunting and gathering culture.
- The Spiritual Hierarchies of the Vega system were then asked if they would permit this particular species to be vastly altered genetically to accelerate their evolution so that they may become a guardian species. The Vega Spiritual Hierarchies agreed.
- Thus the traces of the first humans was in the Vega star system. Their technology improved very quickly, and once they had developed star travel technology they started to migrate into nearby star systems (for a period of 2.5 million years)
Q: Could you talk more about the whale and dolphin connection extraterrestrially?
Alex Collier: Well, like I said earlier, the whales and dolphins were brought here from the Sirius A system, and they are really evolved. There isn't much time to further into it, because we wouldn't have time for many people to ask questions.
In Mali, there is a tribe called the Dogons, whose legends from their heritage were used by the Egyptians and subsequent dynasties. The Dogon knew of constellations and alignments that we didn't 'discover' until many years later, such as Sirius B.
According to Dogon legend, the Nommos arrived from the Sirius star system in a vessel along with fire and thunder, or as we would say today, in a UFO. The Nommos were part fish and part man and could live on both land and in the sea.
They are also referred to as "Masters of the Water", "the Monitors", and "the Teachers". Perhaps frogs, dolphins and whales were placed here by the Nommos? Even the mystery of mermaids may originate from this premise.
Throughout mythology, we see fish-like people, mermaids and mermen, such as Poseidon or Neptune.
A group of beings descended (descended Angels, demons) who operated at the right hand of Satan and created a civilization within this universe using the DNA from the Old Universe.
They developed into the Draco (cold blooded, reptilian) whose purpose was to create a Left Brain influence and support structure for the contamination that entered this galaxy.
At the center of the galaxy was the Lyraen civilization which was border line E.T./physical reality.
Totally Right Brain, it was Christlike, etheric, and very noble.
The Lyraens were the greatest culture ever known to this galaxy; their sphere of influence covered not only this galaxy but many around it for millions of years.
Without physical bodies in their pure state, they had bodies made of light.
Their first colony on Earth was the beginning of the original Atlantean civilization which was etheric/E.T. like.
The dolphin and whale population (warm blooded, mammalian) was its first attempt at physical structure.
Because the Lyraens had no point of comparison for negativity, they were easily deceived by the survivors of the Old Universe who were accepted as brothers in Christ.
Eventually the Lyraens realized that their civilization was in jeopardy from the infiltrators from the Old Universe as well as from the Draco.
They decided to create a balance in physical form between themselves and their opposites in hope of preventing conflict.
This was the creation of the Amphibian race (hybrid of reptilian/mammalian) and was a gigantic galactic, inter galactic, and inter universal experiment.
The Amphibian races were designed by OhaIu through the Sirians to be a bridge.
Ohalu Council is an E.T./Angelic group that has the function of tabernacle (that which covers and protects) and acts as a bridge. Its purpose is to span the gap between physical reality and true reality. This book is one of their projects.
Because physical beings cannot mate with etheric beings and all of the Old Universe survivors were males, the survivors recreated themselves genetically through the process of cloning.
Dr. Michael Wolf also shared the information that the cetaceans (dolphins and whales) were seeded here long ago, are highly intelligent, telepathic, and social, and have their origin as a star species.
The sperm whale has a unique function in the role of the cosmic picture. They are the repositories of this ancient knowledge in the form of holographic imagery locked within their very huge brain.
The sperm whale swims the seas (symbolically representing the unconscious) activating memory, triggering the recognition of this ancient knowledge, even if it does not filter into the conscious mind.
So then, you can look at a project of contacting sperm whales ultimately as meaning contacting the unconscious-making the cycle complete between the conscious and unconscious minds so that was once hidden in the unconscious can now come into the light.
As you succeed in making connection with these magnificent beings you ultimately trigger a connection with your own unconscious.
As your civilization begins entering the Third World, you then open the door to the First World. That energy, that wisdom will support you in your next transition upon this world.
The sperm whale, in their massive size, has kept much of this information locked within their cells. Because of their size, they have been well protected from being preyed upon by other species.
It is unfortunate however, that it has been man who has preyed upon the sperm whale. You can look at the massive whaling industry in the past (which was targeted toward the sperm whale) as the establishment attempting, once and for all, to sever the connection to the First World.
It has not succeeded. This is indication that your connection with the First World will not be severed.
The sperm whale are now repopulating themselves and because of this, the knowledge will be held, kept, and transmitted easily as you pass into the Third World.
Making contact now is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and the future of humanity.
As long as you wish to become a planetary people, you must include within that vision the most ancient people there are - those who live beneath the sea.
Q: It seems to be that roughly the same time period when we were rapidly on our way to killing off many whales, we were also killing many indigenous peoples and intentionally wiping out the knowledge those people held.
That is correct. You can also look at the sperm whale as being an indigenous species. This drive toward expansion in the last several hundred years has also been a drive toward wiping out indigenous people.
The collective belief was simply that mankind could not flourish as long as the First World memories were still there. This is an erroneous belief, however, it was a fear that nearly wiped out the indigenous populations of the land and the sea.
These populations, for the most part, will now flourish if they so choose to do so.
Q: What are some of the unique qualities of the sperm whale in comparison to other cetaceans?
One of the main qualities is simply the structure of the sperm whale brain itself. Not much is known about cetacean brains on your world, because to some degree their abilities surpass humans.
It is not so much that the brain surpass human ability, it is simply the difference between a muscle that is exercised frequently and a flaccid muscle that is never used.
The human brain in that sense, has abilities that are infrequently used and validated. In the sperm whale reality, their brain usage (in terms of percentage) is very high.
These abilities have to do with:
- holographic thought
- multidimensional communication
- telepathic communication
Whereas humankind projects reality externally and lives in the external projection, the sperm whale and other cetaceans in a sense, project reality inward and though they swim through your seas, their inner life is as active as your external life would ever hope to be.
So the sperm whale, in comparison to other species, has a much stronger brain capacity and therefore to some degree can seem more alien because of what they can do and perceive.
They have been silent watchers in your seas, and not much has been discovered about them. In one sense, there is much more known about the cetaceans of the dolphins and orca. The sperm whale remains a mystery to you and is likely to remain one for some time until science begins to understand a little bit more about the brain as being a transceiver for interdimensional energy.
Though many of the whale species do hold the knowledge from the First World (or are receptacles for it), most of the other whale species hold portions of that knowledge.
The sperm whale holds the entire holographic matrix of the information from the First World.
Q: So the brain is like a giant holographic switchboard. Exactly.
Q: And the past can be accessed through their brains?
It would be more difficult for humans to project into the sperm whale brain.
It is more likely that the sperm whale will emit a frequency that will not be understood or recognized consciously, but that in this frequency will trigger the cells within the human brain to begin unlocking its own multidimensional information.
If you will, it is like a giant transmitting station.
Q: Do the ETs communicate much to the whales and sperm whales?
Oh, yes. You had a movie, the fourth Star Trek movie, which dealt with whales. That was very much of a primer to introduce the idea of the whale consciousness into your conscious mind awareness.
We ETs, when we make contact with an alien world for the first time, it is common practice for us to first contact the oldest continual species on the planet. And so for us, we first made contact on your world with the dolphins and the whales even before we made contact with the indigenous human population.
It is a matter of respect for us. For when we make contact, we must respect the elders. We always communicate with the elders first.
In this case, the whales are the elders.
Q: Any particular species?
It really depends upon the nature of the contact. However, generally the sperm whale, being the largest brain, is communicated with first. Being the switchboard, the communication is then relayed outward into other species such as the humpback and the dolphins, etc.
Q: Is the brain of the sperm whale larger than that of the blue whale?
Yes. It also has a higher capacity for processing.
Q: So what is the communication like? What happens?
You must understand that for us to describe it would be very alien to you.
It is not words. It is a simply introduction of ourselves in consciousness to them in consciousness, and a recognition of them as the elders.
It is a tentative communication with deep, deep, respect. They are worthy of that. It is a recognition of the creator in them as being equal to the creator within us.
To us, it is another portion of ourselves.
In a sense, we communicate in whale language or whale thought.
Q: Do you perceive them to be from Sirius? How do you see the Sirius connection?
We do not necessarily like to say they are from Sirius, because that gets one caught. However, Sirius has played a major role for your planet's development. Some of the entities from Sirius who once had human form felt they could no longer remain as guardians of the Earth in human form because of the politics occurring.
So many of these Sirius elders thus chose to incarnate in the form of whale and dolphin to be watchers. That is one idea.
Another idea is that simply some nonphysical consciousness from the Sirius realm in very ancient time chose not to be human and immediately projected into the form of the water elders upon Earth.
They have remained that way, gently guiding humanity toward its potential, like a nurturing mother might do so, in the least intrusive way possible.
There have been other ET species who have incarnated into the whale form and one would be Pleiadian, one would be Essassani. In a sense, the Essassani life form, as expressed on Earth, is much closer to cetacean than it is to human.
Q: It takes more than one incarnate to run a whale!
A group soul, yes. Always remember that [when you are contacting cetaceans] what you are reaching out to is a portion of yourself. Be of a playful nature in discovering this portion of yourself, for play is much closer to the whale reality.
Therefore, it can be the beginnings of a common language. Always see them as a part of you. Treat them as respected elders. This does not mean distance yourself from them - but know that there is much they can teach you. Some of it may be conscious and some may be unconscious.
They have been looking for quite some time to find willing humans to engage in learning, growing, and play.
Q: For those of us on land, how do we make the connection with the whales?
It is actually very, very easy. The sperm whale consciousness is not bound by time and space. To some degree, it is even more easy to contact them than dolphins.
Since these elders from the First World have been here for so long, their frequency has become background noise. Their frequency is very easily hooked into.
Simply, before you go to sleep at night, imagine the great body of a sperm whale, its vastness, its smoothness, and its wise and gentle eyes. Imagine it swimming in a deep ocean.
Feel the smoothness of its body as it passes through the water swimming gently. Become a sperm whale in your imagination. This will open the doors necessary for you to begin communication with this great being.
Communication will most likely first occur in the dream state. You may not even recognize it as communication from the whales for it may take different form in the dream.
We would suggest that before anyone does a project of communicating with sperm whales physically that you first do this exercise, if possible, for months before you go to sleep.
Then go out in the field.
For those of you who wish to explore this form of profound communication, you are in for some wonderful, miraculous surprises!
Question: What about the ocean pollution, and the whales and dolphins stranding themselves? They have a higher intelligence - are they trying to help out?
Answer: They are members of the family of light. They are carrying a frequency. The dolphins and whales have for eons carried a frequency from some of your ancient civilizations.
The dolphins of those from Atlantis, what you call your Atlantean culture, were coded before the demise of Atlantis. They were given much information.
The dolphins are presently transmitting that information to the human species, and they are also giving you a message that is saying that their quality of life is in question, and if their quality of life is in question, so is yours. They are a mirror for you at this time.
Question: So, the strandings are almost like suicide in order to give us a message?
Answer: They are for a message, of course. These animals are not foolish. You think an animal does not know when it is going to die?
You think an animal wonders when its death is going to come, that they buy a funeral plot and wait for it? Animals know when they are going to die. They are incredibly clever.
One of the major misnomers of your scientifics is that man is the most evolved on your planet... Everything is evolved.
There is intelligence within the cricket who chirps in your bedroom... There is intelligence in all things. There is a harmony and synchronicity in all things.
And one thing about the animals... They know that they just change form when they die. They know this, they don't watch television. They trust themselves, do you understand?
The ones who watch television, of course do not trust themselves. They are your household pets. So, they mirror for you all of your fears, all of your joys, all of your everything.
The animals of nature, they are in tune with the planet. Many of them know that there is a new world forming, and so, many of the species that are moving into extinction are in actuality moving through dimensional frequencies, and are moving onto what would be called the new Earth, as the old Earth, let us say, is dying.
The next one to speak was an amphibian-type being who looked very much like the Creature from the Black Lagoon. Slimy and moist, his body was covered with a scaly, greenish-grey skin. Breathing heavily, his thoughts flooded my brain.
His civilization was the original inhabitant of Earth before the others arrived. At that time, Earth was mostly water and marshes. Devastated by mankind and aliens alike, there remain only a few pockets of his people at the deepest depths of the oceans.
From time to time they come to dry land to sun themselves, thus creating the basis for the legendary mermaids and mermen. This species worked closely with the Atlanteans before that continent sank.
They served as liaisons between mankind and the whales and dolphins. He said that these sea mammals are advanced races from another galaxy. Most of his people were lifted off-world to underground oceans on Neptune.
This maneuver was facilitated by benevolent ET groups. Continuing, he told me that I have dolphin DNA; therefore, I could learn to communicate with his species in order to help mankind and the dolphin/whale systems.
The latest and most well-known finding is concerning dolphins.
Dolphins have been perceived as being very intelligent beings for at least several thousand years. In ancient Greece, it was punishable by death to kill or harm a dolphin .
Much mythology revolves around dolphins. However, concerning the scientific data being research and analyzed, it has been found without doubt that human language and dolphin movement patterns show similarities in brevity.
The law of brevity in human language, according to which the most frequently-used words tend to be the shortest, extends to dolphins, as well as other animal species.
The way in which this is observed was that when dolphins move on the surface of the water, they tend to make the simplest movements, in the same way that humans tend to use words comprised of less letters when they are speaking or writing.
Perhaps it is discoveries such as these and others that are altering the positions of awareness that humanity has concerning dolphins to the point where they are being described by scientists as being non-human persons and as a result, should be treated as such.
Dolphins are recognized as being the most intelligent beings on our planet, after humans.
The signs are numerous, such as the anatomical research showing that dolphin brains have many key features associated with high intelligence, studies showing that dolphins have distinct personalities, strong sense of self, and ability to think about the future.
Dolphins are also cultural animals, which means that new types of behavior can quickly be picked up by one dolphin from another.
More stunning research has discovered that dolphins, as well as other animals such as macaque monkeys, have shown to have conscious metacognition.
There is a growing amount of evidence that animals share functional parallels with human conscious metacognition.
Metacognition is essentially the ability to reflect upon, monitor or regulate their states of mind and although once considered solely the domain of humans, is now seen as evident in some animals as well.
