Know your chakras;
The seven chakras which are vulnerable to sound are:
- Muladhara (root support)
- Svadhisthana (sacral)
- Manipura (the solar plexus)
- Anahata (heart)
- Vishuddhi (throat)
- Ajna (third eye)
- and Sahasrara (crown)
Starting from the perineum at base of the spine is the Muladhara (root support) chakra.
Blockages in the Muladhara chakra could result in spinal problems, weight disorders, premature ejaculations, hemorrhoids and knee troubles.
The second one, Svadhisthana (sacral) chakra positioned halfway between the pubis and navel, connects the human body to others through feeling, desire, sensation and movement.
Any obstacle in this chakra could result in sexual malfunctions, kidney trouble and even result in a stiff lower back.
The third chakra, Manipura (the solar plexus) is located at the base of the sternum. The blockage in this chakra causes psychosomatic disorders such as depression, anger and even poor digestion.
Placed at the centre of the chest, the fourth chakra, Anahata (heart) relates to the thymus gland. It encourages feelings of love and compassion.
The fifth is the Vishuddhi (throat) chakra which helps us experience the world symbolically through vibration and rhythm. Any form of congestion in this chakra causes sore throat, vertigo, allergies, skin diseases and sometimes, difficulty in expressing oneself.
A healthy sixth chakra, Ajna (third eye), which is sited a little above and between the eyebrows, creates clarity of thought, inner wisdom and intuition.
The seventh chakra, Sahasrara (crown) is the highest in order. It symbolizes the highest state of enlightenment and facilitates our spiritual development.
The body has a system of various energy wheels.
When they begin to oscillate, it is unexplainable the things that you can do. Laying crystals on Chakra centers and going to sleep is another way to get Chakras at least cleared. There is a big difference between cleared and activated Chakras.
When one Chakra opens, even if it is the root Chakra it will be accompanied with a paranormal ability.
The system can be powered up through breathing techniques such as whole body breathing. The Chakras are the Jewels encrusted inside our bodies, once they began to shine again the true splendor of the Diamond Body will be seen.
There are certain abilities that come by default when the body is fully activated they are:
- Make oneself small in an instant
- Become infinitely large at will
- Defy gravity with a levitation field
- Touch any object at any distance
- Dive through solid ground like water
- Total control over all the elements
- Create and destroy matter
- Instant materialization of thought
It is also clear why such abilities may need correct training and also correct judgment on timing of when to bestow such gifts on a person. If this was the norm in society we would be an entirely different race.
Giving a person these abilities with the mentality they have now developed due to our world status quo would be a problem. So this makes something of a catch 22. This is why one has to work on separating themselves from the normal mold of thought. Something is always watching and always guiding.
The moment the student is ready, the master will appear.
Just as the physical body has seven (or more) identifiable energy centers, or swirling vortices of subtle energy, so does the planet have chakra centers that govern her health and act as a reflection of her energetic evolution.
Dr. Hiroshimi Motoyama developed a way to measure the chakras of the human body - to give them a scientific basis, when they were considered purely metaphysical for centuries, though saints, sages, monks and yogis knew of their existence long before they were recognized by scientific instruments.
"There are many cultures that conceive of an energetic system which runs the body, but the Yogic Chakra System is said to be 4000-5000 years old".
"Chakra translates loosely to mean 'wheel' from Sanskrit, but it more accurately describes a vortex of rotating energy. Some chakra systems contain twelve primary chakras, others fewer, but they refer to a map of the energy circulating through the body, primarily through the spinal column".
"Each chakra is situated near an endocrine gland that is responsible for regulating hormonal reactions in the body. The chakras also act as translators of energy".
"They assimilate energy from surrounding influences, including your own emotions and thoughts and the chakras of others. In the yogic conceptualization of the chakra system there are seven primary energy chakras."

Each chakra has its own bandwidth of energy, and it governs the perspective of each person at that vibration.
Increasing Energy Frequencies
You should learn to increase your vibrations in all ranges: high, low and in the middle ranges to stabilize the field before attempting deeper meditation.
We no longer emphasize just going up in vibrations, but rather in filling a wide range of frequencies from low to high with all in between.
With health, happiness and successful meditations your range of frequencies expands. With disease and emotional disturbance the range decreases.
To expand your frequency range it is helpful to imagine each chakra spinning clockwise while visualizing a corresponding color. (In the northern hemisphere, water flows clockwise down a drain; in the southern hemisphere it flows counter clockwise.)
We will be spinning clockwise only the following chakras:
1 - Root chakra
2 - Kundalini
3 - Emotional Body
4 - Heart chakra
5 - Throat
6 - Third eye
7 - Crown
Our research has shown that the auric field contains the complete spectrum of frequencies of light from red to blue violet to white.
Each chakra can also exhibit the full spectrum although there is a tendency for a chakra to show a prevailing frequency band that is, have a particular color. The lower charkas are marked by colors lower in the light spectrum and, therefore, lower frequencies.
Higher frequencies and colors higher in the spectrum characterize the upper chakras.
The Open Heart Chakra a Gateway to 5D
Unconditional Love
The foundation of 5D consciousness is the experiencing and embodiment of unconditional love.
Living in love from within and experiencing it all around us.
Living in love is a state of consciousness not just as a feeling.
5D is also associated with an open and balanced Heart Chakra which we will discuss further on in this article.
Clear Intuition
The frequency of 5D is one of trust and clarity which allows us to sense and act upon the guidance and power of our intuitive nature.
Knowing Your True Self
5D is all about a deep understanding of the energetic nature of life and this naturally leads to a knowledge of your true self (your higher self or soul).
This consciousness also allows you to witness the true self within every being you encounter.
Integrated Ego
In 5D we are not letting the unconscious ego rule our perceptions but rather understanding the function of a healthy or conscious ego as a unique filter for perception, creativity, and expression of your service and gifts.
How is 5D Connected to an Open Heart Chakra?
Each dimension can be observed in correlation with the energy centers within our body (chakras).
When we look at the 5th chakra which is the heart chakra we can clearly see how 5D consciousness is parallel with the traits of an open and balanced heart chakra.
Deep compassion, interconnection, trust, acceptance, and peace are some of the aspects that are common higher consciousness experiences of 5D and an open heart chakra.
With this understanding, we can consider that practices to open and balance your heart chakra could assist you to shift or maintain a 5D level of awareness.

Basic Energy Work (The Major Chakras); Base chakra (base of spine, between anus and genitals)
- Spleen chakra (slightly below the belly button)
- Solar Plexus chakra (1 hand-span above the belly button)
- Heart chakra (centre of the chest)
- Throat chakra (base of throat, above where it joins the chest)
- Brow chakra (exact centre of forehead)
- Crown chakra (whole top of head above the hairline)
They are best imagined as roughly the size of the palm of your hand, except for the crown chakra which is much larger.
What Are Chakras?
Chakras are non-physical organs that transform raw subtle energy into more subtle, and useable, forms of energy, of a different type.
The chakras do not, themselves, contain energy. Raw energy is drawn up from the planet, by the minor chakras in the legs and feet, and fed into the main chakra system. Subtle energy is, in essence, pure thought energy that permeates and binds the universe together.
This living energy field can be tapped, more deeply, by the application of focused, creative will. It can be drawn into the human body and transformed, by the chakra system, into a more subtle and useable form of energy.
The chakras are attached to the spinal cord and nervous system via certain glands and nerve ganglia. The full chakra system is extremely complex.
There are 7 major and over 300 minor chakras in the human body.
There are also several non-physical chakras situated outside of the body. Detailed maps of the chakra system and their connecting meridians and pathways, have been used for thousands of years in Eastern mysticism and medicine, i.e., acupuncture.
The chakra system is used with every psychic ability, no exceptions.
Whatever the psychic ability, the method of development or the terminology used to describe it, it is all done the same way, through chakra stimulation. It is impossible to manifest any psychic ability without first stimulating the chakras.
Many people will deny this, above, and claim they have never done any chakra, energy work, but still have psychic abilities. There are many ways to develop yourself, agreed, but they all, directly or indirectly, stimulate the chakra system. And let's not forget natural ability.
Many people are born with naturally active chakras and hence, natural psychic ability. Mediums are people who exhibit psychic abilities when aided by a nonphysical spirit entity.
This entity stimulates the chakras of the medium directly, by melding with the medium and causing psychic abilities, clairvoyance, channeling, healing, production of ectoplasm etc. to manifest through the medium.
This is why they are called Mediums or channels, i.e., they have the ability to become a passive vehicle for a spirit entity to affect, or communicate with, the physical world. You do not need a spirit entity to develop and use, a psychic ability.
If you learn to control your own chakras and energy, you can do these things on your own, with no spirit entity involved, and without the inherent risk involved with that method.
Energy Raising
Sit, or lie down, do the relaxation exercise and clear you mind with breath awareness.
Focus your awareness in your feet. Use your HANDS to pull energy up from your feet, through your legs, to the base chakra. Imagine you are gripping energy and pulling it up through you.
Just like you did when you used these HANDS with breath awareness and color breathing, pulling air and energy into your lungs.
Note: Try and imagine your HANDS are inside your legs and just inside the front of your torso as you do this. Use breath awareness as an aide to energy raising. Draw energy up through you, with the inhale, and hold it in place on the exhale.
Do this over and over again, pulling energy to the Base chakra, for at least a few minutes.
You may or may not feel anything while you do this. Even if you don't, you are still drawing some energy with this exercise. The amount of energy drawn up through you will increase as the chakras develop with time and use.
From the feet, up the legs to the base centre, is a natural path for the energy that flows through you. This energy will stimulate your chakras and they will transform this, basic energy, into energy of a different type. This transformed energy will then flow into your subtle bodies, energizing them.
With practice, you will actually FEEL this energy tingling and surging through you.
Chakra Stimulation
Opening a chakra: Your imaginary HANDS are used for this. Imagine you are tearing open a bread roll at the site of a chakra when you are asked to do this.
You don't have to visualize anything, just FEEL like you are doing this, as if you were doing it in real life without looking at what you are doing.
Chakras are non-physical centers, so you need a non physical method to stimulate them. This is achieved by focusing your awareness in the area of a chakra and using your mind to manipulate it.
You need a localized, mental opening effect in a chakra to stimulate it; this tearing open action, with your imaginary HANDS, provides it.
By moving your point of awareness to the site of a chakra and causing a mental opening effect with your HANDS, you are directly stimulating the chakra.
Note: Do the energy raising exercise, as above, before stimulating the chakras. Use breath awareness to aide your HANDS in pulling energy into each chakra, i.e., draw energy UP on the inhale and HOLD it on the exhale, with all the chakra stimulation exercises below.
- Base chakra: Raise energy up to your Base chakra. Use your HANDS to open it. Pull energy INTO the Base chakra. Repeat this first step, thoroughly, seven times.
- Spleen chakra: Draw energy from the feet, through the Base chakra and on up to the Spleen chakra. Open the Spleen chakra. Repeat this three times, starting at feet.
- Solar Plexus chakra: Draw energy from the feet, through the Base and Spleen chakras and on up to the Solar Plexus chakra. Open the Solar Plexus chakra. Repeat this three times, starting at feet.
- Heart chakra: Draw energy up from the feet, through the Base, Spleen and Solar Plexus chakras and on up to the Heart chakra. Open the Heart chakra. Repeat this three times, starting at feet.
- Throat chakra: Draw energy up from the feet, through the Base, Spleen, Solar Plexus and heart chakras to the Throat chakra. Open the Throat chakra. Repeat this three times, starting at feet.
- Brow chakra: Draw energy up from the feet, through the Base, Spleen, Solar Plexus, Heart and Throat chakras to the Brow chakra. Open the Brow chakra. Repeat this three times, starting at feet.
- Crown chakra: Draw energy up to the Crown chakra as in the previous step. Open the Crown chakra. This chakra is much larger than the others ( whole top of head, above hairline).
Imagine you have a much larger, flatter bread roll inside the top of your head and are tearing it open with your HANDS, or like you are tearing your scalp open. Repeat this entire process twice, starting with the feet.
Note: Try your best not to tense any muscles during these exercises. You may, however, feel a slight internal contracting, a feeling that is NOT muscular while you are stimulating your chakras.
These are the glands and nerve ganglia, linked to the chakras, contracting in response to the stimulation. This internal contracting is normal.
The Base, or Root chakra, is THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE TO ACTIVATE.
This chakra is the doorway for the subtle energy. Unless this is opened sufficiently, the energy cannot flow into the other chakras.
I suggest you concentrate most of your time and energy into stimulating your Base chakra, at least in the early stages of chakra development.
Note: When I first started raising energy and developing my chakras, many years ago, I didn't feel ANY sensation for several months. Many people, though, have reported to me strong energy and chakra sensation the first time they used them.
Some people have more natural chakra activity than others. Lack of any sensation, though, will not stop you from stimulating and developing them, even if, as was my case, you feel nothing at first.
I did not have ANY natural chakra activity or ANY natural psychic ability when I first started energy work.
Stop And Check
Check your muscles for any tensing during the energy raising and chakra stimulation exercises, and re-relax as needed. Your muscles will automatically try and respond to the mental action of pulling energy up through you.
Remember, this is ALL mental, your body must stay calm and relaxed throughout.
Chakra Sensations
The sensations you will feel in your chakras can vary, according to the degree of activity occurring in them, i.e., your physical make up, natural ability, concentration and relaxation skills affect this.
It can vary from a gentle warmth, a localized pressure, or bubbling (like stomach wind), a localized dizziness, a tingling, a gentle pulsing, to a heavier throbbing, or a combination of some or all of the above.
The heavier the thrumming, the more active the chakra. If you place your hand on a chakra, when it is active, you will actually feel the flesh pulsing.
Some of the chakras, when active, can cause other odd, localized sensations:
Base chakra: You may feel a very slight burning or tingling, or a cramping, like you have been riding a bicycle for too long, to begin with. Once it is working properly, you will feel a gentle pulsing or throbbing between your legs, at the site of the chakra.
Solar Plexus Chakra: This can sometimes cause a shortness of breath feeling, which can cause you to hyper-ventilate. This will pass, with time and use, as the chakra stabilizes.
Heart Chakra: The heart chakra merits special mention due to the strong, and sometimes frightening, sensation it can cause. When strongly activated it can feel like your heart is racing at an impossible rate.
It is a powerful sensation. Try and ignore this when it happens, it won't hurt you.
It is not your heart racing but the chakra working. I know this is easier said than done, ignoring it, but with practice and familiarity you can.
This racing is more apparent in the early stages of development. I think this is caused by a lack of energy flowing from the lower centers. In a way it is like a pump racing, when it does not have enough fluid to pump.
The Heart chakra, when fully operational, feels like: Place one hand on your chest, with your finger tips resting in the middle of it over your heart. Tap your fingers on your chest, in time with your heart. Increase this rate until you are tapping as fast and hard as your fingers can move.
Note: Your actual heart rate does NOT speed up with this racing sensation. If you hook yourself up to a heart monitor, you will see that your heat beat hardly changes at all.
Throat Chakra: The throbbing in it can cause a very mild choking feeling, because of the sensitive area it is in. This feels something like having an emotional lump in the base of your throat.
Crown Chakra: When fully active it feels like a thousand soft, warm fingers gently massaging the inside of the top of your head, above the hairline, and extending down in the centre of the forehead, to include the brow chakra, which is part of it.
This sensation is the reason the Buddhists call it "The Thousand Petalled Lotus".
Note: You may feel a stronger sensation in some chakras and little or none in others.
Concentrate on the lowest ones with the least sensation.
This will help balance the energy flow in the chakra system. If you are unbalanced, during projection the inactive chakras can cause failure, i.e., you may get your body partly loose but find you are stuck to your body at the site of the inactive chakra.
If this happens, concentrate on stimulating the inactive chakra prior to projection. (See also Part 8 Closing Energy Centers)
Psychic Abilities
After beginning chakra work, you may find psychic abilities start to grow in you. This is a natural offshoot of stimulating the chakras.
In my next series, on more advanced energy work, I will show how to develop and use some of these abilities and how to raise the Kundalini.
Practice
Some relaxation, breath awareness, concentration and mental hands exercises should, ideally, be carried out daily. They can be done anywhere and anytime you have a few minutes to spare.
How Long Does It All Take?
Many people have asked me "How long does it take to learn projection?"
My answer is: Because everybody has different levels of natural ability and skill, it will take as long as it takes. I have had letters from people, who have been trying various other methods for several years, but with no results; get out the very first time they tried this technique.
Other people, with NO relaxation or concentration skills at all, are looking at several months training before they will get out .
The Pyramids Served Many Purposes; One purpose was that of initiation and ceremonial rites, both for humans and for the magickal workings of the Gods.
Many hieroglyphics depict the Gods tuning their "Chakras" with a rod-like instrument.
Satan gave these energy centers to humanity, they are known as the breath of life, breathed into us by God (Father Satan).
There are seven primary chakras and many minor ones.
The "Hook and the Flail" were tuning tools for the primary chakras along the spine.
A mural on a wall at Abu Simbel depicts Horus holding a rod to the back of Osiris' head, at the point that is the primary doorway to the eighth chakra (above the crown of the head).
The hook is moved up and down the rod to tune the chakra.
Osiris is standing with an erection in which the erection is like an energy scepter.
Sexual energy is a paramount component in the rite of resurrection and immortality.
Kundalini is sexual; the life force. Sexual energy is that of the life force, as it has the power to create life through another human being.
The sexual energy runs up and down the spine during the tuning process.
The Egyptian Ankh symbolizes eternal life and eternal life is linked to the breath. The Ankh is also linked to sexual energy.
One of the key teachings was the overcoming of fear.
Only when one surpasses all personal fears, can higher levels be accessed.
Fear is the main emotion that prevents one from advancing spiritually.
Fears must first be overcome here on Earth. To reach this goal, the Egyptians built special temples along the Nile. There are 12, along with the great pyramid making 13. 1+3=4.
All of the verses in the xian bible referring to Satan and his Demons given certain mathematical applications, come out as 13. Four was Satan's original number.
The plan to change the frequency modulation of the human species has to do with the rebuilding of what would be called your DNA, the rebuilding of the light-encoded filaments. There is a plan that is gigantic at this time.
That you, as members of the family of light, are operating in many, many places. In other words, you are not just on assignment on Earth.
You are multidimensional, and you have many other versions of yourself where you are busting systems. Paradigm breakers as it would be.
So it will be part of your assignment to make contact with these selves, and to understand how other versions of your selves are handling their dilemmas, how they are busting their systems.
Because you see, there are certain gods, as you would call them gods, who are behind this process, what would be called a universal process.
Right now, it looks like it is a very local, Earthly process... It is much more involved then all of that. The Earth is assisting, in its own way, the evolution of the Universe.
The Earth is where things are happening at this time, it is the destined point of frequency modulation, and the human DNA is the recipient and the beginning of this whole process that is going to affect many, many, many worlds.
So, as members of the family of light, you agreed to come onto the Earth many times, in many guises, and many different time frames as it would be, to learn the ropes, to figure out the territory, as it would be, to become trained to experience Earth and to prepare yourself for the time when the frequency alteration would be designed into the plan, and where you would all be called to incarnate in large numbers, and to bring the plan into action.
This is the plan that is in operation, as we can most neutrally explain it to you, on your planet at this time. This is why the family of light, everywhere, is beginning to unite.
One thing you must all realize: you must focus on what you have in common, not what you do not have in common. As members of the family of light, you bring information to the planet neutrally to stimulate your own growth. You need to do this.
The specifics of the plan have to do with an evolving DNA, a DNA that will evolve from two helix to twelve helix.
These twelve helix will correspond to what would be called energy centers, chakras, vortices, whatever clever name you wish to attach to them, inside and outside of your body.
There are millions of you at this time on the planet on assignment, who have agreed to do this. Handfuls of you are becoming impeccable. The handfuls are affecting the others, and soon you will begin to have great clarity as to who you are, and what your assignment is.
The chakra centers inside the body are seven, seven basic ones as they have been understood on your planet for a while, although they are simply, let us say, representatives, token representatives of certain areas.
There are many, many energy centers in the body.
In order not to blow the experiment, so to speak, and to have the frequencies of humans blow their minds to bits, as it would be, great care was taken to bring certain rays, and to temper them, so that humans could evolve quickly with the changes of knowledge, identity, and information.
The third helix, when it was evolved in the human, brought about the recognition of feeling, and brought back to the planet the use of the third chakra center. The first two helix, or double helix, are involved with your first two chakra centers, survival and sexuality.
And if you look around the planet, you will see that the large majority of those on the planet are cycling through those two centers for eons, over, and over, and over again.
The third helix, as the light-encoded filaments begin to bundle, open the potentiality for this (solar plexus) area of your body, the feeling center, where you can begin to perceive information.
Where you can begin to perceive reality. Where you can begin to feel connected to your environment, your Earth.
The three helix, once they were taken in certain human bodies, in time, would evolve to three more. They would correspond to the fourth, chakra of the heart, the fifth, the throat, and the sixth, the third eye.
They would begin to move the experience of man upward, beyond the same old junk, into something grander, into something compassionate and loving and feeling expressive in new vision, to really be able to experience and not just say it.
Then, the next three connect to the crown, which when open, allows the frequency of light to enter, to rearrange the body, to connect man with his spirit self. It is the doorway, the gateway between the physical and non-physical.
The seventh, the eight, and the ninth.
The eight is an information center located outside of the human body, for some people a few inches, a few feet, for some, many feet, maybe even many miles, depending on how far one is able to push one's information gathering center.
The ninth chakra, of course, is a chakra center that exists outside the atmosphere of your planet. So, it is a planetary chakra. It gets you in touch with the energies of your planet, and the areas in space just outside your planet.
The final three helix, which have not been implemented in most humans on a general frequency basis...
We can tell you that the story of the helix involved the evolution of the solstices and equinoxes throughout this year, and the final three of the twelve, for those who are able to handle this mutation of energy, will come about in the month of December, in a period of 33 day energy acceleration (December 1st through January 2nd), where these rays will begin to further rearrange those who have been already rearranged.
Now the final three chakras.
What are they going to do?
They are going to connect you with your 10th, 11th and 12th centers. You are going to begin to accept, in great volume, off-planet information.
And off-planet realities are going to begin to really show their faces. They are going to begin to be acknowledged. Because that is what is necessary. The final three.
The 10th is a solar chakra. It exists within your solar system, feeding you information. The 11th is a galactic, and the 12th is a universal, out in the auspices of your universe.
Once you, as members of the family of light, are able to take this mutation into your body, and are able to integrate various centers of information, what will happen to you?
You will go beyond your personal dramas. Many of you are already beyond your personal dramas. The nitpicking, the aggravation of everyday life.
You relate to it, yes, so that you can understand how humans contract themselves. It is not for you to become entrenched in these dramas. It is for you to understand that you create your experience, to become a conscious creator.
And more than that, to become a conscious remember of who you are. So as the 10th, 11th, and 12th chakra begin to open themselves, many off-planet energies will begin appearing in your lives, and appearing on your planet, as more, and more, and more of you hold this frequency.
As you hold this frequency, you bring information onto the planet. You bring information that will astound and shock most of the world. This process will grow and change over what we call about a 20-year period.
Already many things in certain portions of your world are coming out, and in others they are still in the stone age. There will be a merging of identities, there will be a merging of cultures, there will be an infusion of many new world orders.
There will be much chaos and much confusion. As members of the family of light, you are to observe it, you are to understand that here is an evolutionary process taking place, frequency modulation, and that those who can handle the changed frequency by all means will evolve.
And those who cannot handle the frequency modulation, by all means still create their reality, and they are never ever, ever, ever victims.
The planet is jam-packed with humanities at this time. Those who are here knew darn well what was going to occur in this place, they wanted to be in the vicinity of great change. So that, in a nutshell, is the plan. It is a good plan, is it not?
Our 12 strands of DNA activate and connect to our 12 Chakra points, energy doorways through which we access our Spiritual heritage.
The 12 strands of DNA serve as links through the 12 chakras to the energy web outside of our bodies. The 12 chakras act as energetic doorways into our body connecting us to the vital forces of existence.
It is through opening and activating these portals of energy that we can begin to truly know ourselves.
As all 12 strands of DNA are now forming, whatever issues we have not dealt with and peacefully cleared in our personal history, will create chaos.
Feelings and memories are emerging offering us an opportunity to experience the fabric of our being and revealing who we are through the events and beliefs that are intricately woven into us.
Our task is to awaken, activate and unite all 12 creating the spinning of the 12.
This spinning of the 12 strands of DNA and 12 chakra points will draw to us energies that will intermingle and move throughout our beings activating and awakening the many different aspects of ourselves. This will trigger new versions, understandings and meanings to all the events in our lives and our world.
Our 12 chakras are collections of energy where events can emerge. They hold memory and identity and each corresponds to a strand of DNA.
These 12 energy centers must be accessed from within where we can feel the data corresponding with and translating our experiences within the context of our minds.
By opening our hearts and minds all the answers to the great mysteries will be found within.
We are required to step out of our current belief systems and to create new belief systems as the mind is structured to evolve and form our experiences based on what we command. Our mind is not our master; we are the masters of our own minds.
The mind is but a tool to be used to create reality and nothing more.
By consciously working with the waves of energy and light moving into our Earth, we are able to realize and understand that the transformation of this planet is based upon the healing and power of our minds.
Activating the full 12 DNA strands will create a connection between our human genetic coding and give us access to all knowledge and wisdom. This is the awareness and understanding of who we truly are.
In activating all 12 strands of DNA we create an alignment within ourselves allowing us to gently shift into much higher vibrational levels and frequency of light, helping our ascension process by further awakening our human consciousness.
Bevond the Chakra System
There has been much interest about the chakra system amongst New Age circles.
There has been a lot written about them, and seem to be the focus for so many modern teachers. We read about balancing the chakras, cleansing the chakras, and even about Kundalini Yoga, which strives to move the Kundalini force up the spine.
It is presented as if it is a major part of ancient Vedic knowledge. It’s Not.
The chakra system comes out of the Hatha Yoga traditions and the Kundalini Yoga traditions of ancient India.
It seems to be beneficial for the mind and body to balance the chakras, as they are energy transfer points in the body for cosmic energies. But it is not by any means necessary.
Outside of the certain yoga traditions, there is little mention of them in any other world traditions.
Kundalini Yoga has become popular as of late. It is a very dangerous practice.
It takes many, many years to condition the body and mind to force the kundalini up the spine properly.
Otherwise one can become permanently damaged, both physically and/or psychologically. The goal of this type of yoga is to activate the third eye and the crown chakra, merging one’s consciousness in oneness.
This path, and type of oneness, leads one directly into the false light constructs, where one’s consciousness and life force become absorbed into the collective hive mind. One then remains unconscious in stasis as his life force is used as “food for the gods.”
This is not a path that I would recommend to anyone.
The chakra system is a cosmic construct and has nothing to do with awakening to the Self. The Self lies way beyond the chakra system and the cosmos.
The chakra system is, the junction between your body and the cosmic energies. The cosmos is created from the top down.
When the pure energies of the upper dimensions enter the cosmos, it is like a pure white light striking a prism and fragmenting into seven colors. The one centralized center of energy and of Being is then fragmented into seven fragments, divisions and colors.
The cosmos is manifest as seven major dimensions of consciousness, just as a prism fragments the pure light into seven colors.
The first manifested dimension is the plane of intelligence, and then sequentially, The:
- Mind
- Ether
- Air
- Fire
- Water
- Earth Elements
We reside in the lowest dimension, known as the physical dimension; the earth element. Above us is the astral plane, which is associated with water.
The next is the heavenly kingdoms, associated with fire, etc.
When we, as individual Selves, enter the cosmos, we go through the same procedure. We are microcosms of the macrocosm.
As humans living in the physical dimension, we are fragmented into seven centers of consciousness called chakras, and they are connecting points to the cosmic energies.
Each chakra, in a way, connects with its specific dimension.
The root chakra is the element of earth, and is all about support.
The second chakra is the element of water and pertains to the emotions and sexual energies.
The third chakra, which is the element of fire, is our will.
The fourth chakra, the air element, is sentimental conditioned love.
The fifth dimension, the element of ether, has to do with one’s ability to express; hence the voice and the arms stem from near the neck area.
The sixth chakra pertains to the mind, imagination and clairvoyance.
The seventh dimension is the intelligence.
Above the chakra system is the false ego, which keeps us bound within the cosmic energies.
The problem with the chakra system is that, just as our mind, it has been programmed by the hidden hand; the predators, as Don Juan calls them.
Therefore we are imprisoned by them. Each chakra has its own separate program, but they all work together. They are like radio receivers to receive cosmic energies. Because they are programmed, whatever energy comes through is programmed.
But there is a way out of this prison and it has nothing to do with working with the chakras.
Working with the chakras has a very limited scope.
If you notice, none of the great masters have ever mentioned that one should work with the chakra system.
Neither,
Lao Tzu, Chuang Tzu, the Buddha, Jesus, Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Jiddu Krishnamurti, John Muir, Shantideva, Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti;
....... nor any others mention anything about the chakra system.
Realization of the Self lies way beyond the chakra system. One bypasses it entirely. If you slip your awareness out of the mind, it is also disconnecting from the chakra system.
There is no thought or process to bypass the system. It is automatic. Hence there is no mention of them.
One automatically just slips right past the whole thing. If you fall back into the depths of the Self, you will know that the Self is deep within the center of your Being. It is much deeper than the chakra system.
You bypass it completely.
The Self is whole and complete. It is a single point of consciousness. When you awaken to the Self, you will know that it is a central, singular energy center.
It is integral. It is not fragmented. The chakra system is a fragmented state of existence with several energy centers. This central energy center, the Self, is the divine heart, which has nothing to do with the heart chakra.
The divine heart is the source of divine unconditional love, whereas the physical heart chakra is the center of conditioned, sentimental love.
So don’t get entangled with working with the chakra system.
It has nothing to do with awakening to Self awareness.
All of these new age doctrines are heavily bound within the programs of the Matrix.
Practitioners bring external cosmic lights through their crown chakra, work with other dimensional cosmic entities, reiki, channeling, worshipping gods and goddesses, rituals, work with crystals and so many other 'dangerous' activities.
These are all dealing with cosmic energies and entities, and unfortunately, the area of the cosmos that we inhabit are tightly controlled by the predators. The only way to freedom is to bypass all of these programs and go directly into the Self.
This is the Inner Journey.
Eyes wide open and be safe.
According to the Arcturians, there are 12 frequencies that correspond to our evolving 12-strand DNA. And then there’s a 13th that corresponds to the most powerful and purest vibration of universal love and compassion.
Our body’s seventh chakra (crown chakra) connects us to the previous six chakras in our body and to the Earth. Then an eighth chakra, about 12 inches above the crown, allows us to connect to a higher plane of consciousness.
A ninth chakra, approximately two feet from the body, connects with the sacred gridwork of the Earth. A tenth chakra aligns with the solar system, an eleventh with the galactic center, and a twelfth with our physical universal.
A 13th chakra aligns with the super-galactic center that is a gateway for the most ascended of masters and for the purest energies of the heart associated with the divine Mother and universal love. The Great Hindu Mother Ammachi is currently manifesting this energy in the physical and is a forbearer of the new energy to follow.
When you activate the 8th chakra, you gain the ability to explore higher consciousness. When you activate the ninth chakra you can make contact with higher beings or guides who are still working in other frequencies on the Earth plane such as the ancient Mayas, Incans, Egyptians, and Tibetans.
According to Silva, the crop circles manifested a new nine-strand frequency in the summer of 1999 awakening even more people to the Earth’s final preparation for birthing a new consciousness.
“As the new codes of energy imprint themselves upon the crystalline structures of the Earth, changes within her will trigger systems in the body to follow suit because the human energy field seeks to maintain its umbilical connection with Earth Mother... Such an effect is also seen in the way the structures of crystals realign when subjected to a new frequency.”
A coiledserpent, (symbolizing activated chakras ready to release a pent-up energy) was also spotted in the crops that year.
When you activate the tenth chakra you can make contact with entities beyond the planet but in this solar system - those who have shared some human characteristics but are also part alien. When you activate the eleventh chakra you can make contact with Sirians, Pleiadians, and the Arcturians.
When activating the twelfth chakra, you can contact the Arcturians as well and also the higher level beings such as those who are tasked with the ascension of humans and the evolution of our galaxy.
These ascended masters include the White Brotherhood. The 13th chakra activates the super-galactic center, home of numerous galaxies and universes where the Galactic Federation works from and where the female energies associated with universal love and fellowship manifest.
The messages coming from the Arcturians in the form of crop circles, right now, are raising our frequency and rewiring DNA to receive a strong dose of right-brain female energies to balance the left-brain dominated male energies.
The Arcturians are helping us to activate and align our 12-strand DNA (corresponding to the 12 chakras) with the energies of their midway command station in the Universe, so that we can prepare ourselves for the new 13-chakra female energy that the new Earth will soon be birthing.
Question: Going back to the chakras. There are 12 chakras?
Regarding the new ones like the universal chakra, do they relate somehow to our physical body too?
Answer: They are your information centers that your physical body connects to by ray, by frequency, to receive broadcasts, to receive information. These chakras are intelligence centers that each human can access.
You can connect with them collectively, you can do it individually. It is a way for the humans to expand their intelligence, by plugging into intelligence that comes from outside of the body, rather than thinking that one must have intelligence from inside the body, and be taught from outside.
Question: The first 7 chakras are related to certain centers, or locations, within our body. Do the other ones?
Answer: The other ones will connect you to what we call the multidimensional self. You see, collectively as you exist, you certainly don't exist just in one form, in one place. You are multidimensional. As members of the family of light, you are exceedingly multidimensional. You are system busters. You are in many different systems, in many different shapes and guises.
Many of the humans who are on the planet, and who are part of the "native stock", may not have the varieties that some others have. That is why they are so shut down, because they have not had the experiences of many different incarnations. For many of them, their incarnations are human, or a slight variation of human.
When you begin to access information from off the planet, you will begin to make sense of your other-than-human identities, and those other-than-human identities will begin to contact you. You may look in the mirror, and you may see one for a flash of a millisecond, a very foreign face looking back. Sometimes, when you are clever, you can see the shows we put on.
Sometimes we like to take the energies of our vehicle (Barbara Marciniak) and have many different shapes and energies, if you would look very closely sometimes.
This is the dimensional shift, the dimensional changes. The optic nerve in the eyes also is evolving. The optic nerve is changing along with everything else.
CHAKRAS AND OBEs; Fully developing the chakras and learning how to control them can take many years, depending on natural ability.
This will not, however, stop you using them in a very basic way; to enhance your OBE's and lucid dreams, at a very early stage in your development. Raising energy and stimulating the chakras is extremely simple to do.
This raised energy will automatically flow into your astral body, prior to and during projection. By learning to raise energy and control the flow of power through the chakras, the nature of your dreams, lucid dreams and OBE's will change. They will become vivid and unforgettable experiences.
This, in a way, gives you a second life, full of rich experiences you can enjoy, learn and grow from.
It is not a coincidence that the spiritual enlightenment of most people truly unfolds at advanced age, usually after the 5th decennial (7X7), when all seven chakras can be opened, depending on the soul age of the incarnated entity.
This holds true in particular for the hypophysis (6th spiritual chakra) and the pineal gland (7th ecstatic chakra).
Both chakras are involved in the building of human amnesia. When they are closed, the entity experiences a maximal amnesia. When they begin to open, the amnesia decreases and the consciousness is more susceptible to astral influences from the soul level.
Both chakras have a central role in the use of psychedelic drugs. Especially during the light body process, LBP, both, the pineal gland and the hypophysis, are liberated from their inhibitory neuronal synapses by the astral program of the soul and can open for the higher frequency energies of the 5th dimension.
During the LBP, the two glands begin to grow. In the late phase of the LBP, their hypertrophy can be directly detected by computer tomography, which is a clear proof for their involvement in human amnesia, respectively, in its elimination.
From this elaboration we conclude that the level of inhibition at the neuronal synapses is instrumental for the establishment of human amnesia during 3D earth incarnation.
The higher self of the incarnated entity is not influenced by this phenomenon in the brain, as it is always open to the multidimensionality of the higher realms.
The middle self, which also contains the astral program for the regulation of the brain as bio-modulator of astral signals, is fully involved in the building and rearrangement of neuronal inhibitory synapses.
In fact, it is programmed by the soul and its genetic co-engineers, the Anunnaki, in such a way as to establish such energetic blockades at the biological level of the CNS.
As the middle self is connected to the CNS, it can only operate in this restricted manner by sustaining the level of amnesia throughout the whole life and thereby enriching it with numerous prejudices, fear based beliefs and hallucinatory perceptions, which it avidly adopts from the surroundings.
The lower self operates at the subconscious level and is predominantly involved in the daily regulation of the organism, which takes place under the radar of daily consciousness of the incarnated entity.
Only in cases of disease, injury, pain or great hunger does this invisible regulation immerse at the conscious level and can be actively experienced by the mind.
Most of the time, the function of the lower self in body regulation is considered by the middle self as a "free lunch".
This is the reason why bio-scientists have no theory on the function of the higher, middle, and lower self of the incarnated human beings and their participation in the creation of human amnesia.
They are not even aware of the existence of these astral-energetic systems as part of human species.
This is the reason why human amnesia is completely unknown as a phenomenon to scientists, and why they have failed to comprehend the psychedelic effects of such drugs as DMT, psilocin, mescaline, ecstasy, etc.
Obviously, the veil of forgetfulness, which the soul creates upon incarnation, is accomplished at the brain level by establishing an extensive inhibition of most neuronal synapses that block the free access of the middle self, around which the ego evolves in the course of human life, to the multidimensionality of the higher realms of the soul.
This inhibition is a dynamic process that changes throughout one's human life according to the demands of each biological age; the latter are carefully determined by the soul prior to incarnation.
Children have, for instance, the lowest level of amnesia and are more open to the impulses of the soul - they are, so to say, nearer to God. This fact has been explicitly stated by Jesus in the New Testament, but it has been grossly misinterpreted by the Church.
This is the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, showing how its 10 spheres correlate with the 7 chakras, subtle energy centers within the human organism; note that the 6th, 5th, and 3rd chakras are each equivalent to a dyadic pair of spheres on the Tree.
I have used English words in place of the original Hebrew to render the approximate meanings of the spheres.
In a proper diagram, the spheres are shown as circles arranged in the above configuration, all interconnected by a series of horizontal, vertical, and diagonal lines, which are the paths between the spheres.
A key mystery revealed by the Tree is the existence of the Abyss, a vast gulf of nothingness between the lower seven and upper three spheres. A cryptic 11th sphere, here labeled "Mystery", is located within the Abyss.
In one sense, the top three spheres are God, which explains the "Blessed Trinity" of Catholic theology. God exists in "Heaven", which is really the supernal realm Across the Abyss.
But looking at the chart, we find that in another sense the triune God dwells in the two highest chakras of a human being, or at least an enlightened human being who has opened his Third Eye and won his Crown.
The chakras are indeed the key to the development of the individual. But they are also the key to the origin and evolution of species.
This we can see by looking at the schema of meta-evolution formulated by Theosophy, the spiritual/philosophical movement founded in the 19th century by Madame H.P. Blavatsky.
In this cosmology, the human spirit and the human species is destined to evolve through seven "root-races", a concept that has very little to do with the biological notion of race, and everything to do with an expansion of the chakra-model to the scale of the collective organism.
Each successive advance takes place when the species activates the next higher chakra.
According to Theosophical doctrine, all of humanity as we have known it in historical times is the fifth root-race, corresponding to the fifth chakra, centered in the throat.
The four preceding root-races each corresponded to a collective development and activation of the respective chakra. Furthermore, on the next smaller scale, each root-race progresses through seven sub-races (and these again are not identical with biological races).
This esoteric model based on the chakra/Tree of Life correspondence can show us the answers to many mysteries which have stumped postmodern thought. For instance:
Why do societies, civilizations, and even life-forms rise and inevitably fall? The answer is built into the very shape of reality.
An organism or collective entity can only evolve in a direct process until it reaches the Abyss.
At that point it must either Cross the Abyss or else devolve. It's only possible to Cross the Abyss in certain circumstances at certain definite points of the cycle, so most often the result is death or devolution.
Each of the first four root-races ceased progressive development with the fifth sub-race, because that was the point at which they encountered the Abyss, and did not cross it, and in fact they could not, because the root-races are a part of the larger time-body of total humanity, which will be complete only at the end of the current "Round" of meta-evolution.
Therefore, in each of these cycles, a two-edged process occurred: the root-race continued to develop into a sixth and seventh sub-race, but these were degenerate - evolutionary dead-ends.
Meanwhile, the most advanced and astute members of the fifth sub-race separated themselves from the rest of the social organism, and in this isolated gene-pool they effected the mutational change which unfolded the next chakra.
Thus they evolved into the next root-race. This process is the underlying reality behind legends of how survivors of the sinking of Atlantis founded the earliest civilizations of our present historical cycle.
The present state of global civilization marks the climax of the fifth sub-race of the fifth root-race. This means that it is also the time of the apotheosis of the entire Round: this is the moment when the human species itself must Cross the Abyss.

Sexual Energy and The Chakra Energy Centers A Reptilians Favorite Meal
As was said in some commentaries - everyone has male and female energies.
This is an aspect I have not written anything about, because I tried to concentrate on the essential for me.
Therefore thank you for your contributions relating to this. The topic "male and female side of the human being" is an important and big topic.
If one works on it (for example with spiritual healing sessions), to bring both sides together, giant advances usually happen.
If however, I spoke of female energy (FE) in prior versions of this article, however, I meant something else. The problem was to give it a name. I propose to use the expression mother essence for the particular energy that I mean here.
The heart-chakra for example needs a physical heart / a breast, a forehead-chakra needs a physical forehead / a brain, to be able to fulfill its task. However, our lower energy-centers find different organs with man and woman in each case and consequently fulfill different energetic functions.
[I imagine a chakra as an energy-converter, which can convert energies from the spiritual level into the astral and the 3D-level and vice versa. Furthermore, it has contact and communication with the other chakras in the body, as well as with the chakras of other people or beings. Probably, it can do even much more. The second chakra is often named sexual-chakra. This concept is too single-sided for me because it has many functions outside the sexuality.]
The woman has in the area of the second chakra her uterus and this is crucial for its function.
It is the task of the uterus to create a safe area for the new creature where it can grow without worrying. The uterus makes available everything, blood, oxygen, food, heat, everything, what the child needs.
The function of the second chakra of the woman has about the same abilities. If it worked right, it could convert the surroundings, in which we live, in a way that everything would be available what we need.
And the woman would not need to do anything than “be woman”. Neither man nor woman would need to work roughly. A lot of sex however would have a profitable effect.
This description of the function of the second chakra is not from any textbook. I cannot bring you any proof either. I have only reminiscences of my former lives, as well as some patients could also remember similar experiences during the healing-sessions: Memories of lives without lack and fear.
We carried out a common session with a clairvoyant Dominican girlfriend some time ago in order to explore these bygone times.
For example, we could perceive a scene with several small cottages, in which one pair (man/woman) lived in each case, which had intensive sex.
Not far away from those there were many further cottages, so to speak of a whole village. We could determine that the pairs were the main energy source of that village.
As long as they were doing well, the harvests were luxuriant, the climate outstanding, the life of all was agreeable.
Of course, these pairs were not the only ones who were having sex, but there were probably women, who could develop especially powerful energies. This scene was only from one certain epoch at one certain place, but, I think that one recognizes the fundamental principle.
The man is an important catalyst for the mother essence just like for the production of children.
I still know too little about the man's exact energetic function. We would need other circumstances for it.
Possibly the man's main task is into guaranteeing the connection over his heart-chakra to the soul-level while the woman is mainly responsible for the material realizations.
It could therefore be that one pair works together like an energetic team. But these are suppositions.
I only know that very often the man represents the leaky part, over which the reptilians can access the mother essence, if they don't have the woman already under their control anyway.
If a woman gets involved in a new relationship, that’s principally a dangerous energetic situation for her. Many women had bad experiences with men, who drained them.
So, and now, it is about sex in 2006. (Actually I wanted to call this chapter “head-penis-short-circuit”, but I believe this title would be too one-sided.)
Between the individual chakras, there are direct energy-connections and a number of connections all over.
For example, there is an energy connection between head and the second-chakra that is, for my opinion, too strong (through reptilian influence). This bypass avoids the chakras laying between them, above all the heart-chakra.
That causes for example with the man, that he can get desire for sex on an optical attraction, without the other chakras being able to test, whether this is good for him or her.
Sexual activity without heart-chakra is a good prerequisite for the reptilians to steal mother essence. Physical force and psychic humiliation increase the harvest.
Sexual fantasies, imaginations in the head cause desire for man and woman, they say. Experts have determined that sex runs over the head - I have read.
Sexual imaginations enliven the marriage blah, blah, blah. A big market has grown, that wants to stimulate our imaginations and that is supposed to stimulate the male optical perception. You notice already on which nasty item I am talking about.
Obviously, I want to spoil your sexual desire. The evasion of the heart-chakra is the problem if the sex-impulse comes from the head. We can assume that the reptilians put very much work into this detail. We have sex - they are with us.
This is a huge Mindcontrol topic.
The principle "I am stimulated - I want sex" is not commendable. A moment is commendable, when you are having a good time with your partner, if you understand each other very well; if you perceive acknowledgment for each other.
First deepen the heart-chakra-connection. For example lie down together, breast to breast and sense yourselves. I mean sense your feelings, not only your bodies.
Try to pull the feelings of your opposite inside of yourself. This connection is salutary, that means blockades can be released on that occasion. All chakras now come in connection with your partner.
Sex now comes completely by itself. If you can manage it this way, quite new energetic phenomenons can occur with the sex.
Unfortunately I am afraid that the reptilians in such a case will introduce counter-measures immediately (usually in the next 2-3 days). But that should be no reason not to stride ahead. You have to go through that. They will definitely work reinforced on dividing you.
The thousand subtle methods to make a woman ridiculous they will apply now. Be aware - they will manipulate your perception. It can be that they make you sick. It can also be that they send you other people to bring strife.
Also "good friends" can be turned.
The reptilian human brain is highly susceptible to fear patterns that can be also artificially emitted with the help of certain advanced technologies from the 4th dimension, from where the dark forces have until now effectively controlled mankind.
This situation will change dramatically this year as a result of the huge, high frequency waves from the central sun of the Galaxy and the higher realms that flood our planet with increasing intensity.
Such fear patterns have been successfully used by the dark forces to dump down the critical, logical, and independent thinking of human beings.
Other prominent energetic malfunctions of current human beings are the separation of the three lower chakras from the three higher chakras by the 4th heart chakra.
This has so far prohibited the development of Christ consciousness on earth that integrates the idea of Oneness in human behavior.
The reduction of human DNA to two strands and the use of only a small portion of it for storing information is another important energetic malfunction of incarnated human entities that limits their perception as sentient beings.
It should be observed at this place that present-day bio-science has no idea of this genetic deficiency of human species and defines the unused 95% of human DNA as "junk-DNA".
This fact brings into a focus the cognitive malaise of current, narrow-minded empiric science with respect to its object of study:
What scientists do not understand is degraded to "junk" or "dark matter" (for further explanations see below).
THE WHEAT AND THE CHAFF ARE BEING SEPARATED

This Awareness indicates that essentially, these interdimensional beings are in continual communication telepathically with individuals.
Those individual who are open more to the base energies of the lower chakras tend to respond more readily to those promptings of the Demonic Ahriman Forces, while those entities who are attuned more to the Higher Chakra Energies tend to appeal and to respond more readily to the higher mental and ethereal promptings.
This Awareness indicates that for some reason entities during these present times, come under greater efforts, come under greater intensities, are divided by their actions, for the telepathic energies are stronger than they have been in the past.
This in part due to the electronics involved in the present age which help to break down barriers between these dimensions.
This Awareness indicates that some entities move more to the extreme of the Dark Forces, while others will move toward the extreme of the Lighter Forces.
This Awareness indicates that in this manner, the wheat and chaff are being divided in consciousness, and those who are attuned to the Forces of Light are those who will be raptured or lifted up consciously into higher states of Awareness.
This Awareness indicates that meanwhile, the Demonic Ahriman Forces are intensifying their efforts to take control of the planet, even at the expense of destroying most of humanity.
These Forces working through those in power in many countries, have spread themselves thin and are in fact vulnerable even as they are also dangerous to the planet itself.
This Awareness indicates that the energies in movement at this time are such that the flux and alterations of events stemming from these energies is that which is not presently predictable, although the Forces which would prevent a holocaust on this planet are fully aware what is occurring and of the great danger involved.
This Awareness indicates that even though these Forces are aware, they also have certain limitations as to what they are permitted to do in order to prevent these Forces of Ahriman in the efforts to take control of the planetary energies.
This Awareness indicates that even as this is occurring here on this planet, so likewise there are similar Forces raging in other areas of the cosmos;

So what is meant by the term Kundalini experience?

Make no mistake you are swimming in an unseen sea of energy
We are constantly exposed to an electromagnetic field (also EMF or EM field) which is a physical field produced by electrically charged objects.
It affects the behavior of charged objects in the vicinity of the field. That means - you!
You can think of this sea of energy as one of the natural laws governing the material world, and unless you are a highly advanced yogi or sage able to completely block this energetic interference with your own energy, you are being bombarded with electromagnetic waves of all sorts.
For electromagnetic waves, both the electric and magnetic fields play a role in the transport of energy. The Lorentz Law in free space begins to explain this phenomenon.

They come from things like:
- Cell Phone Towers: These towers give off EM fields that are known to affect both people and animals, often very negatively. In fact, you are exposed to more than 100 million times more electromagnetic radiation than your grandparents were, and much of it comes from cell towers.
- WiFi for Internet Access: The well-renowned publication Scientific American ran a piece called "Mind Control by Cell Phone" which explains the danger Wi-Fi has on the human brain. It can cause insomnia, delayed kidney development, reduction of brain activity, and other developmental disorders in young children.
- Power Lines: If you live near power lines or many electric poles, you are being exposed to energetic pollution that is so intense it can cause cancer.
- Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN: Many believe this is an industrial-scale energy manipulation device: In fact, by manipulating parallel galaxies (Manipulation of transverse beam distribution in circular accelerators), you are likely being manipulated in this one.

CERN scientists have already manipulated anti-matter successfully.

- H.A.A.R.P: Though controversial, many believe that US military's technology is being used as a mind control device.
HAARP is essentially an ionospheric heater, that can warm up a 1000 square kilometer area of the sky to over 50,000 degrees.
Aside from being used for weather modification, many believe that HAARP's electromagnetic waves are being used to stifle the natural frequencies of the human energy field - or chakras.
It is thought that some HAARP sites have been shut down, and that some are still open.
When you look at where HAARP locations are on below map-video, and compare them to key ley lines on the planet, it will at least make you think twice about how your energy is being manipulated.
Small and Large Nuclear Devices: Nuclear devices give off a sudden burst in EM currents.
An EMP is just a sudden change in the electric and magnetic fields, which on its own isn't too bad. It doesn't hurt people at least. However, changing EM fields induce currents in anything capable of carrying a current, which means it affects you.
Aside from the radioactive waste given off at Fukushima, or the nuclear bombs set off at the New York Trade center buildings, every device affects the energy field around us.
- Television: Not only are you being exposed to EMF pollution from your TV, you are also being bombarded with constant messages meant to affect your subconscious programming.
The government as well as television stations themselves have been caught adding subliminal messages not just to commercials but also to your favorite TV programs.
This is known as MK-Ultra, but there are other forms of this energy 'programming.'
The good news is that there is much you can do about electromagnetic and energetic pollution.
Our bio-energy is vast. It is said that one human being has an enormous energetic output. After all, there are billions of nerve impulses in the body and these are constantly creating complex human magnetic fields. These are affected primarily by our thoughts and emotions.
Have you ever noticed that when you are physically close to some people, you feel more positive and hopeful, and when you are in close contact with others, you feel depleted and sad, or irritated?
