MILABS MILITARY MIND CONTROL AND ALIEN ABDUCTION

MILABs - Alien abductions are exclusively black budget para-military operations.
Within the exopolitical research community, a high-level Washington DC source reported to me that one major extraterrestrial researcher and author reportedly spent his time with her attacking this reporter for publishing views such as those stated in the ICAR research.
Alien abductions, he simplistically stated, are exclusively carried out by black budget para-military units for purposes of brainwashing targeted humans, and creating negative propaganda against all aliens, which are uniformly upper-dimensional and ethical.
Yet this view is contradicted by replicable empirical studies carried out by ICAR according to standard protocols.
These studies reveal that while some small percentage of alien abduction experiences are so-called “MILAB” or military abductions, the bulk of alien abductions are by a hyperdimensional civilization of amphibian-reptilians and their cybernetic accomplices, the Gray hyperdimensional civilizations.
One MILAB woman I knew who had the gift of clairvoyant vision, could "see" the different types of people and what they "hosted".
Of course one of the reasons she was used as a "MILAB asset" was because she could telepathically link in with people, sometimes several at a time. She also could remote view situations when directed to do so, among other things.
Well, it just so happened that we sometimes attended UFO conferences together, and she could tell which persons to "be on the alert for" because they were hosting a reptilian being or perhaps other types of entities.
She even knew that there were several types of reptilians, such as "yellow bellies", who were the ones that were less "mean" but annoying and always the types of people vying for lots of attention.
She believed that many humans were actually reptilian hybrids in bodies, and many seemed to act in ways that appeared they were trying to "pretend to be human".
We often laughed at this because it seemed so absurd but the more comical observations, she noted was when she went to Church.
She went to a fundamental Christian church in the Bible Belt area of the USA with her family. She used to joke about the reptilian hosts she would see at church "pretending" to be human and acting religious.
She did say that not all "reptilians were evil" and that many were just trying to fit in and live as humans in human bodies.
She also saw how "reptilians in the workplace" often created miserable hierarchal environments and emotional dramas at work, feeding on the energy of others misery.
Another clairvoyant client who exudes that high quality, spiritual energy desirable by these energy predators, mentioned wanting to get back into the dating scene, after having gone through a terrible Dark Cupid relationship that nearly cost her her life.
She wanted to find men through church where perhaps a better quality man could be found, rather than the online dating sites, bars and other social environments for "normals".
Well, lo and behold, she saw a good-looking man, who had been eying her several times, and seemed to have that alluring desire of connection, an excited look communicating a desire to meet each other.
But as she observed closely, she was able to see that this man was hosting a reptilian entity, who would play the "energy games" that can happen with these types of people.
Even though he went to church - he still harbored an active reptilian entity, eager to get involved in a connection.
She was at first excited to find a man at church, but after she saw the entity within and the characteristic "reptilian energy" dynamics, she contacted me with her concerns.
"Will this ever stop?
Why do they keep coming after me?
Are they everywhere?"
Well, she had a good question.
There is something else happening, that goes beyond simple psychological explanations for those who find themselves repeatedly targeted by "interdimensionally hosted" energy vampire lovers or friends.
This goes into the phenomena of what I call "targeted inter-dimensional handling" and control of specific people who have been "target listed" for one reason or another.
It happens with authentic, spiritually gifted individuals, especially women who are from specific bloodlines who have been identified as "starfire" women. It happens with men too of course.
This can include,
some MK Ultra and ritual abuse victims
MILABs alien abductees and contactees
indigos etc.
It can happen to people who have been identified by covert, experimental mind-control social engineering groups or independent black magicians as individuals who are identified as "different", more aware or gifted spiritually.
Once targeted by one love bite relationship, they are often assailed by other "organic portal" types of people who are sent in by some kind of "hive minded" program to handle them in some capacity.
The handling may be specific to that individual, so that the "handler" is used to gather regular information about them, or their routine lives.
They may be involved just enough to keep them from establishing other relationships that could be more positive in terms of healing opportunities and sovereign spiritual empowerment.
Sometimes it is a relationship that dampens the frequency factor of the targeted persons psychological life, just enough so that the targeted person, (i.e.., a MILAB)
....... remains in a lower vibration zone of consciousness to be continually "accessed" by their abductors.
With some survivors of ritual abuse histories, MK Ultra, MILABs and "starfire women", they assert that their bloodline families and the beings who have exploited them are both human and non human.
This is elaborated on in Elisa E's books, "Beyond our Life in MK Ultra", Book One and Two.
In Elisa E's experience, she has a profound and chilling connection to the "Cain" entity, a non human - yet humanlike - extremely powerful being, who may have been the original Cain from the Bible.
This being is present as a powerful bloodline ally and inter-dimensional "handler" as well as rapacious lover and enemy all at the same time.
The Global Picture of Alien Interferences
This is a summary of the research of Dr. Corrado Malanga concerning the alien abduction agenda.
It mentions the aspects of aliens as parasites, cloning and how they utilize human soul energy as batteries.
Cloning - This explains many abductees memories of MILAB ops and military training exercises in dream states.
Flyers and Implants - Metaphoric Technology
The alien implants of ET/UFO reports, considered as a parasitical object, may be compared to the flyers.
Of course, such technological metaphors are limited because they only work as long as the technology to which they refer is in fashion - as Gerry Zeitlin states in his article on Karmapolis.be, comparing memory to a hologram.
Technological metaphors have some didactic value, and some use in representing a concept, but little more.
The flyers of Castaneda might be a kind of implant or psychic virus. Recent developments show that the military have the intention to upgrade the implant into a tool of identification and retrieval. It could as well be turned into a psychotronic weapon that works by effecting behavior or inducing a state of virtual reality, like the implants for jet pilots which can manage radar signals in the combat zone.
According to Helmut Lammers, who worked at Cal Tech on Milabs (Military mind control and alien abduction projects), the government at the end of the 1990s was working on a chip capable of,
"mimicking analogic and mental processes seen in human beings."
They were working on implants with the capacity to generate "holograms, multi-spectral camouflage systems, and thermic invisibility."
And this is only the known part of the research. Victims of alien abduction and mind control claim to have been subjected to implants even more sophisticated, and capable of modifying consciousness.
The activity of the flyers as alien agents that modify our consciousness looks less strange when we consider their military experiments in psychotronic weapons (as seen in the remake of the film, The Manchurian Candidate).
In a survival environment, typically you have groups of people bound together by racial, geographic, ethnic, religious, or political affiliation that band together and either try to defend themselves in enclaves, or go out of their way to wipe out or enslave their perceived enemies.
If you look at the history of the Middle East, in ancient Biblical and Egyptian times especially, it was a total circus with tribes slaughtering tribes in between short periods of regional stability.
Or look at what's happening today in Iraq, Libya, and Syria - with the old government out of the way, society devolved into fighting between various ethnic groups, especially when life became hard and there was competition over resources.
The pattern is that social tensions or schisms held in check by the rule of law, get out of control and become violent when law and order break down.
Worse, according to MILABs research, the black ops factions have been abducting numerous people and programming them to create sleeper armies that can dominate the post-collapse environment and do their bidding.
They're out there right now, on-call to help push the fall of civilization and shape the aftermath.
During a dark age, it'll be up to good people to band together, to stand up against injustice and tyranny, and to be adequately prepared and self-sufficient so that they won't be forced to prey on the innocent or be preyed upon.
They will need to have superior defense, superior knowledge, superior power, and superior spiritual and physical technology.
They will form protected enclaves to keep that flame of higher civilization alive, so that after the forest fire stops burning and the smoke clears, they can scatter the seeds for a new and hopefully better civilization.
They will have to do this in the face of possible climate difficulties and negative alien intervention.
Chaos is inevitable and cyclical, and in the end it comes down to what new order crystallizes from the dissolved remnants of the old.
The ancient mariners were ruled by:
- alchemists
- sorcerers
- magicians
- occult scientists
- alien contactees
Some of them were aligned with positive forces and some with the negative.
Their dueling agendas have rippled down through the ages and culminated in the situation we find ourselves in today. This world is their crucible and they're turning up the heat.
So it's under this immense adversity that I think the divine fire will be kindled, that collective discernment will be sharpened;
....... and that the remnants of humanity will transform and finally break out of the cycle of ignorance and violence and rise and fall that's has been the story of our history up to now.
The next dark age will give birth to a spiritual chivalric order, an age of heroes empowered by demiurgic science and correct gnostic awareness, an epoch the Rosicrucians have called the "Reign of Wisdom."
It won't be based on dogma or hearsay, but on direct perception, knowledge, and anamnesis (reversal of incarnational amnesia).
The distant future is looking pretty good.
We'll end up in a Golden Age just like the prophecies say, but the near term looks rather rocky and we'll likely go through a dark age first, like the Latin saying "ad astra per aspera" which means "to heaven, through hell."
Draconians and Reptilians exist both in the cosmos and on Earth.
Significant numbers of witnesses and experts have already broken silence and confirmed their existence. Billy Meier himself - is inconsistent with above mentioned information from Ptaah, and admits in his book, that there are kind of human beings having an animal appearance.
In the FIGU Bulletin no. 50 (December, 2004) he added that there are kind of “people” having attributes or appearance of reptiles and he wrote there are another type of beings who are able to metamorphosis - to shape shift.
Moreover, in the English FIGU forum we can find following information:
“Billy said that there had been Reptilians in cosmos, but not on this planet.”
It continues: “Billy has been once visited by a woman with amphibian features.”
Reptilian witnesses:
- David Icke: This specialist in the terrestrial Reptilian agenda submitted a number of logical arguments concerning their existence.
- Credo Mutwa: This African shaman stated that Earth is being controlled by Reptilian beings and they know how to mask themselves as people.
- Arizona Wilder: This woman has allegedly witnessed the physical change of some well known public figures into Reptilian beings.
- Melinda Leslie: She is a MILAB and UFO abduction researcher. She had a first hand encounter with Reptilian.
According to Bartley and other sources, there are the so called Milabs, pitiful, through military (CIA) abducted, usually young people. Using tortures these are made obedient and through glaring pains astral body exits can occur.
With this method, the Milabs learn to leave their body astrally, which later then works also without torture.
Quite irresolutely and obediently, they execute all types of orders, like astral espionage, astral attacks and similar things. There should be over one million Milabs. One finds more details in a very detailed report from Bartley (see appendix far below).
One probably feels pity with the Milabs, although one must repulse them energetically if they attack. With corrupt people or the human-despising illuminati, it is already more difficult to feel pity. However, I believe that with all these people we can find torture and force in former lives, that they had no other election, than to change to the dark side.
Whoever therefore is corrupt in the current life, without obviously being forced into it, was already separated in former lives from his soul. Healing would be required, but the astral supervision-system of the reptilians doesn't allow this so easily.
Life has been discovered on Mars.
The evidence of this discovery is contained in a photograph of the Martian surface that was taken by NASA’s Mars Exploration Rover Spirit during November 6-9, 2007 and beamed back to Earth.
Evidence that the Red Planet harbors life and has for eons was discovered by the author by examining NASA photograph PIA10214, a westward view of the West Valley of the Columbia Basin in the Gusev Crater that was taken by the Mars Exploration Rover Spirit in November 2007 and beamed back to the Earth.
This photograph has been the subject of public speculation since January 2008, when what appeared to be the figure of a human female was found jutting from the edge of a plateau.
The figure was quickly dismissed as a natural rock formation produced by wind, water, and time, but the author and other researchers in the Mars anomaly research community believed that it was either a statue or the fossilized remains of a humanoid being on Mars.
Intrigued by this anomaly, the author subjected PIA10214 to further photo-analytic scrutiny and discovered that the photograph contains other images of human and animal life forms that constitute the first evidence of life on Mars.
In this paper, the author presents his initial data related to his discovery of life on Mars in PIA10214 in five areas, namely,
evidence of:
- humanoid beings
- animal species
- carved statues
- built structures
- bodies
The life on Mars consists of intelligent, bipedal hominids capable of carving statues and building structures and a variety of animal species that exist, that once existed, or that have never existed on Earth.
Reptilian species predominate. He also addresses frightening content and definitional constraints that individuals in Mars anomaly research confront when evaluating this first view by human civilization of life forms and ancient artifacts on another planet.
He concludes that the discovery of life on Mars marks an epochal moment in human history when for the first time human beings from Earth have encountered biological organisms living elsewhere in the Cosmos.
