Chemtrails and the deployment of "smart dust" What the heck is 'smart dust'?
It is alleged that the SSG has developed nano-sized particles which have magnetic and CPU properties that can be sprayed by aircraft to be ingested through the lungs, or placed in beverages or food which then migrate to the brain and cross the blood brain barrier (thanks to cell-phone use which temporarily degrades the blood brain barrier) and then be "flashed" remotely by various tuned pulsed microwave and/or scalar signals transmitted from a variety of means.
And yes these mindkontrol methods are somewhat effective but do not work on everyone and in fact perform far less effectively than claimed by the DOD contractors that have developed and sold these systems to the DOD and the various American Intel Agencies at hugely inflated prices that provide ample funds for kickbacks while still providing huge profits.
Smart dust strewn over an area could sense the presence of human beings and communicate their location.
Transhumanism, AI, Chemtrails, Smart Dust and Morgellons

The unknowns involved in artificial intelligence (AI) loom over humanity.

Biophotons and Negentropy
"The Imagination Chronicles One - Dangerous Imagination, Silent Assimilation" is the book written by Cara St. Louis and Harald Kautz-Vella.
His scientific information is in the second half.
For example the concept of biophoton emissions, light signals that contain information of value to biological systems - and biophotonic-activity to non-linear optics and quantum physics.
He discusses negentropy, which is,
"the ability to spontaneously build up order and concentrate energy.
Negentropy is naturally occurring in biology and in fluid dynamics - generally spoken of in non-linear systems that show some kind of self-reference and thus are able to self-organize and build up fractal order."
Morgellon's Disease
Morgellon's Disease is raining down on us from our skies.
Look up! If you don't believe that the 'chemtrails' phenomena is a real part of geoengineering, then read the daily reports in the comments on Dane Wigington's website GeoengineeringWatch.org.
Morgellon's Disease has been confirmed in over 300,000 people. One researcher says that everyone she has tested has it in their blood now - even those who are not showing the gruesome symptoms.
Research on Morgellons has been done by the courageous scientist Clif Carnicom - who says,
"The Morgellons condition may have a much broader basis and distribution than we might like to admit or know."
Elana Freeland explains his statement:
"In other words, in Morgellons victims the filaments are in extremis, but the truth is that all populations subject to the chemtrails delivery system will probably experience at least a slow degradation of health as the immune system is undermined;
....... the 'organism' may be in everyone's blood."
Carnicom found that,
"the blood of his samples is undergoing a transformation: the cellular structure is changing to a more fibrous form, and spherical structures like those inside the fibers are appearing in disturbed blood cells."

Smart Dust - self-assembling within the human body
Harald Kautz-Vella describes Morgellon's as fungi that are,
"able to assimilate higher DNA, multiply it and build up a DNA cluster that creates a morphogenic field…
The fungus is using a multilayered hexagonal structure to protect and cover the spore.
These hexagons… are part of synthetic biology research, called self-assembling large area photonic plasmonic crystals;
....... within the human body are hollow fibers that accumulate nanodyes within the fiber and those hexagonal self-assembling large area photonic-plasmonic crystals… both are self-assembling nano-bots.
They [the intelligence community] spray them in components, separated into bioform and nano-dye, call this mixture smart-dust, and expect the smart dust to bio-accumulate and self-assemble itself into working units in the body."
I know this is not easy to grasp at first. I have to read it over and over.

"The fibers and crystals form a read/write unit. The fibers collect DNA light communication, i.e. the bi-directional single photon emissions interchanged by any DNA cluster, and turn it into radio signals."
I feel that Harald Kautz-Vella is describing the nightmare scenario of AI science implementing a 'mechanical' black-magic technology, meaning melding the darkside occult that exists in the astral planes into a technology that utilizes, assimilates and lives within our human body:
AI as a high-tech parasite and the ultimate solidification of black magic into matter.
AI-Morgellon's vampires
Harald Kautz-Vella says that by extracting light from our DNA, Morgellon's lowers the scalar potential of the DNA.
In my words, this off-planet AI is intended to rob us of our God-given ability to access higher consciousness in the realms that are now invisible to the five senses and prevent our return Home and Enlightenment.
"They are flattening us down, lowering 'our vibration', extracting energy.
Sucking out what one could call the life force… This could be one aspect of the aluminum-connection to Alzheimer and dementia.
This is far beyond any known concept of mind control."
But as he also says, this form of energy extraction is very much in line with the ancient traditions of the Archons, black magic, and mind parasites.
Techno-cooties
Is this what Ray Kurzweil has in mind when he predicted that:
The human brain has been completely reverse engineered and all aspects of its functioning are understood.
Natural human thinking possesses no advantages over computer minds.
Machines have attained equal legal status with humans.
Most conscious beings lack a permanent physical form.
The vast majority of the Earth's sentient beings are AI's that exist entirely as thinking computer programs capable of instantly moving from one computer to another across the Internet

These computer-based beings are capable of manifesting themselves at will in the physical world by creating or taking over robotic bodies, with individual AI's also being capable of controlling multiple bodies at once. [Kurzweil has a Saturn/Pluto conjunction in Leo.]
This is alien ET technology
There are many Harald Kautz-Vella online videos to learn from.
In one he says,
"I am hardcore scientist, but I really appreciate the possibilities that lie in the spiritual world and I had so many open questions to this
....... [now deceased] whistle blower" [on 'optimized cluster topology' that lets RNA DNA sequences carry life-forms/ relates to smart dust]
....... that he attended a lady who can talk to people who are dead.
The man appeared immediately and talked through her saying,
"This is alien technology - it is not human technology and we have been fooled.
There is no deactivation code. It doesn't exist. It is just a big scam that they offered to us to let us think we could control the system, but this is alien technology and it is not controllable anymore through us."
Harald Kautz-Vella wants the intelligence community to know they have been fooled.
They believe they are controlling this, but they are not. Apparently the deceased man speaking was suffering because of the misuse of this technology and is very concerned, admitting that the ETs had lied to them.
This is exactly what I have felt and known for around 30 years now. The technology that the ETs gave our governments is a Trojan Horse designed to invade, infest, poison, and conquer our planet.
Humility is our greatest sword!
If the story from Harald Kautz-Vella was only one of fear, I would not write about it - but along with the science, he also understands that we are now entering the final stages of this cycle of time, the Kali Yuga.
Harald Kautz-Vella has recently encountered great Spiritual Beings working in the Invisible Realms, as he says within "the collective field structure" who have much higher capabilities and know exactly what they are doing.
Harald Kautz-Vella does not wish to be focused on as some special leader. He says his information changes nothing. What the world needs is people changing the things on this planet, not a 'big guy' Harald.
He notes that as beings involve in a spiritual war we each have the responsibility of rescuing ourselves.

Binary and Trinary
AI is a binary system.
It can self-replicate, but it cannot create. We humans are a TRINARY system. In Sanskrit this is often termed the Triadic Heart. What it means is that we have the ability to reach into our Heart Chakra, connect with our Source, and bring God-Consciousness into manifestation.
We trinary humans with our seven chakra system, can create.
AI is binary - binary cannot create, but only replicate whatever its creators initially programmed them with, no matter how complex and reconfigured. Binary cannot access God-Consciousness.
Binary is an inevitable a dead end that will go on and on, self-replicating ad nauseam into infinite boredom! Matter without spirit is dull dead, un-inspired.
Those who live in binary, who are identified only with their thoughts regardless of how brilliant they may appear to be;
....... living in perhaps a micro-waved mutant-mind, who believe they are solely their thoughts and not their soul consciousness - their forms will not survive into the next cycle of time, the Satya Yuga.
Incomplete forms from the Kali Yuga cannot withstand the higher frequencies of God-Consciousness.
Those of us who merge our consciousness into the Heart will return to our natural state as we shake off these demons and their destructive suicidal games, which are here only to bring an end to this cycle of time.
It's their 'job' so to speak.
On a personal level, I am beyond ready to return Home, to again be a part of the Woven Universe, dancing across the Galaxies with the imperishable immutable eternal One.
I'm weary of the demonic - deceitful stupid cowards that they are. I've learned a great deal from Harald Kautz-Vella.
Even if you don't agree with everything he says, he has much to teach us and I'm sure I haven't begun to grok his beautiful non-linear wide mind.
Smart Dust - The Sensors That Track Every Thing, Everywhere
The idea of the 'Internet of Things' is so passé.
The general concept of the Internet of Things is that we can put a sensor on anything and have it send data back to a database through the Internet. In this way we can monitor everything, everywhere and build smarter systems that are more interactive than ever before.
Putting sensors on stuff? Boring.
What if the sensors were in the air, everywhere?
They could monitor everything - temperature, humidity, chemical signatures, movement, brainwaves - everything.
The technology is called Smart Dust and it's not quite as crazy (or as new) as you might think.
Smart Dust as a concept originated out of a research project by the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the Research And Development Corporation (RAND) in the early 1990s.
DARPA is a driver of Technocracy in the 21st Century.
Its creation of computerized microscopic sensors no larger than a spec of dust will surpass the Internet of Things (IoT) by orders of magnitude.
Known as "Smart Dust", an area can be blanketed to achieve 100% real-time monitoring of everything in every nook and cranny.
Also, Smart Dust can be incorporated in fabric, building materials, paint or any other substance use in construction, decoration or wearables.
We use the military anecdote above because it was these military research groups that first conceptualized Smart Dust but the practical application of the technology can be applied to almost any industry.
Dust in the fields monitoring the crops.
Dust in the factories monitoring the output of machines.
Dust in your body monitoring your entire state of well being.
Dust in the forests tracking animal migration patterns, wind and humidity.
The entire world could be quantified with this type of ubiquitous sensor technology. But how does it really work?
What Is Smart Dust?
Smart Dust is made of "motes" which are tiny sensors that can perform a variety of functions. They are made of "microeletromechanical systems" known as MEMS.
Gartner's Hype Cycle for Emerging Technology describes the functionality of these motes:
A single smart dust mote typically contains,
a semiconductor laser diode and MEMS beam-steering mirror for active optical transmission, a MEMS corner cube retro reflector for passive optical transmission
an optical receiver;
....... signal processing and control circuitry
a power source based on thick-film batteries and solar cells.
Smart Dust is made capable by these MEMS as well as advances in digital circuitry and wireless communication.
The advances in digital circuitry are what enable the motes to become so small while still having the ability to have a battery;
....... a nominal amount of RAM and a wireless transmitter, likely powered by RFID (but perhaps Bluetooth or some as-yet-to-be identified future wireless communication protocol).
The goal is to make the entire package as small as possible and last as long as possible, while being able to support a microscopic operating system that enables the whole thing to run.
The challenges for Smart Dust are to create a package that includes all the elements needed to perform sensory measurements, while also being able to communicate back to a base station to gather the data.
Solutions for optical transmission of data or using radio frequency have been discussed by researchers such as Kristofer Pister, Joe Kahn and Bernhard Boser at the University of California at Berkeley.
Pister has been one of the leading researchers and proponents of Smart Dust and was the co-founder and CTO of Dust Networks, a company founded in 2004 to bring the concept of Smart Dust to reality.
Linear Technology - a company that focuses on integrated circuits - acquired Dust Networks in 2011.
Controlling Dust With TinyOS
If a developer is working with a mix of open source hardware and software, there is a good chance that she is working within one of two operating platforms:
- Arduino
- TinyOS
The primary difference between Arduino and TinyOS is that the latter is designed for lower-power sensors that support wireless communications standards.
Arduino is much easier for a developer to learn and use, but TinyOS provides a fuller feature set. Hence, TinyOS is almost perfectly designed to run the Smart Dust motes.
Stanford provides much the development of TinyOS. Its Wiki on the operating system describes its properties.
TinyOS is an open-source operating system designed for low-power wireless devices, such a sensor networks, ubiquitous computing, personal area networks, smart buildings and smart meters.
TinyOS provides useful software abstractions of the underlying device hardware:
for example, TinyOS can present a flash storage chip, which has blocks and sectors with certain erase/write properties, as a simple abstraction of a circular log.
Providing useful, well-designed and heavily tested software abstractions greatly simplifies the job of application and system developers.
TinyOS's primary drawbacks are that it cannot run functions that are heavily processor intensive.
While TinyOS is a full-featured operating system, its purpose is very defined.
It runs code in very short snippets to perform a singular function as opposed to running long strings to perform more complex actions.
This makes it very good for the purpose of a Smart Dust mote's capabilities of gathering and passing along data in high-frequency bursts but not powering an object like the base station that collects that data.
Worlds of Dust
Creating more advanced ways of conducting war has given humanity some of its biggest technological breakthroughs.
Nuclear power, jet engines, radar and even the foundation of the Internet have been researched, developed and inspired by militarily focused groups. Dust sprung from this well. But it is by no means limited to military actions.
With respect to the future Sgt. Traverse, the scenario in which he and his men use Dust will 'hopefully' never come to be.
It is much more fascinating to imagine planetary exploration: using Dust, to monitor the environmental conditions of potentially habitable worlds to monitor the inner processes of the human brain
Pister and Kahn elaborate some potential uses in their research paper on the potential of Smart Dust.
Smart Dust may be deployed over a region to record data for meteorological, geophysical or planetary research. It may be employed to perform measurements in environments where wired sensors are unusable or lead to measurements errors.
Examples include:
instrumentation of semiconductor processing chambers
rotating machinery
wind tunnels
anechoic chambers
In biological research:
....... Smart Dust may be used to monitor the movements and internal processes of insects or other small animals.
Pister and Kahn may only be hitting the top of the iceberg with the potential use of Smart Dust. The world may soon be quantified by sensors, floating on the winds to everywhere.
Literal Smart Dust Opens Brain-Computer Pathway to "Spy on Your Brain"
Some might have heard about 'Smart Dust', nanoparticles that can be employed as sensor networks for a range of security and environmental applications.
Now, however, literal Smart Dust for the brain is being proposed as the next step toward establishing a brain-computer interface.
The system is officially called "neural dust" and works to "monitor the brain from the inside." Inventors are attempting to overcome the hurdle of how to best implant sensors that can remain over the course of one's life.
Researchers at Berkeley Engineering believe they have found a novel way to achieve this:
This paper explores the fundamental system design trade-offs and ultimate size, power, and bandwidth scaling limits of neural recording systems.
A network of tiny implantable sensors could function like an MRI inside the brain, recording data on nearby neurons and transmitting it back out.
The smart dust particles would all contain an extremely small CMOS sensor capable of measuring electrical activity in nearby neurons.
The researchers envision a piezoelectric material backing the CMOS capable of generating electrical signals from ultrasound waves.
The process would also work in reverse, allowing the dust to beam data back via high-frequency sound waves.
The neural dust would also be coated with polymer.
The investment in neuroscience has received a $100 million dollar commitment via Obama's BRAIN project, while Europe has committed $1.3 billion to build a supercomputer replica of the brain in a similarly comprehensive and detailed fashion as the Human Genome Project mapped DNA.
Concurrently, there is massive long-term investment in nanotech applications via the National Nanotechnology Initiative 2011 - Strategic Plan.
This 60-page document lays out a projected future "to understand and control matter" for the management of every facet of human life within the surveillance matrix of environment, health and safety. Twenty-five U.S. Federal agencies are participating.
The concept of Smart Dust has been applied and/or proposed for use in the following ways, just to name a few:
Nano sensors for use in agriculture that measure crops and environmental conditions.
Bomb-sniffing plants using rewired DNA to detect explosives and biological agents.
"Smart Dust" motes that wirelessly transmit data on temperature, light, and movement (this can also be used in currency to track cash).
However, this is the first time that there is a working plan to apply Smart Dust to the human brain.
Researchers claim it will be some time before (if ever) this is workable. One aspect that is interesting to note, is that once these particles are sent into the brain, it will be ultrasound that activates the system for full monitoring.
This is an area of research that also has been looked at by DARPA as one of the future methods of mind control.
Their idea is to sprinkle electronic sensors the size of dust particles into the cortex and to interrogate them remotely using ultrasound.
The ultrasound also powers this so-called neural dust.
Each particle of neural dust consists of standard CMOS circuits and sensors that measure the electrical activity in neurons nearby.
The neural dust is interrogated by another component placed beneath the scale but powered from outside the body.
This generates the ultrasound that powers the neural dust and sensors that listen out for their response, rather like an RFID system.
The system is also tetherless–the data is collected and stored outside the body for later analysis.

Read "tetherless" as "wireless" - or remote controlled analysis of the human brain, thus opening the door (theoretically) for remote mind control.
As I've highlighted before, this is a two-way street - some people might feel content, for example;

That’s why Seo and co have chosen ultrasound to send and receive data.
They calculate that the power required to use electromagnetic waves on the scale would generate a damaging amount of heat because of the amount of energy the body absorbs and the troubling signal-to-noise ratios at this scale.
By contrast;
....... ultrasound is a much more efficient and should allow the transmission of at least 10 million times more power than electromagnetic waves at the same scale.
In case anyone believes that this has little chance of success, MIT highlights that one of the authors of the research has already achieved this with a remote controlled beetle.
The human brain is clearly of vast, perhaps infinite, complexity - and this is without even introducing concepts such as "the mind" or "the soul."
Nevertheless, it is clear that the reductionists are doing their very best to "Solve the Brain" - measuring it, mapping it, and making sense of it.
Are we to believe that "controlling it" has been left off the list for mere ethical reasons? Not likely.
FEMA is a 100 percent front for the Cult and is given extraordinary powers over American society once a state of national emergency has been declared and that is what Donald Trump did on March 13th, 2020.
Celeste Solum, who worked in a number of roles for FEMA including planning for pandemics, said in her interview that the fake pandemic was designed to enforce vaccinations that would include nanochips or sensors.
Everyone in the world would have to be tested for 'Covid-19' and vast numbers will test positive for reasons I have explained. Solum said that the real reason for this was a 'big DNA harvesting':
'They want all our DNA in the big giant supercomputers.'
A series of vaccinations was planned - not only one - which will contain aborted fetal tissue and what she calls 'the DARPA hydro-gel sensor' which had been in development for ten years. This consists of nano-particles in a 'gelatin form' which once injected 'begin to assemble'.
Solum is describing what I detailed earlier about smart dust which can replicate inside the body and assemble systems to transform the nature of the body from human to a form of machine.
She said the nano-particles fuse with tissue and becomes one with the body.
'You become one with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things', Solum said. 'You become your own computer interface... and you are one with the hive, the system, whatever you want to say.'
This is precisely what I have been warning about in the books for so long.
Earth in The Balance
Meanwhile, on Earth, nanochips and Smart Dust are weaponized technology for the human microchipping agenda.
Radio Frequency microchips (RFID) have been called the Mark of the Beast for the plain reason that it is a method of complete control of humanity by the Beast System, a computer simulated system, run by government and entities serving the New World Order Agenda.
RFID chips are a receiver and transmitter of information. A chip can control body and mind as easily as it controls a self-driving car.
Nanochips whether implanted by vaccines, chemical fallout, or implantation, go against Nature's laws. Without question, we are experiencing hell on Earth. Perhaps Earth is set up as a living hell from which we must finally transcend.
Would our current condition be a reason for God to reset Earth's poles?
Naughty Beaver believes the Tribulation is not an "end of days" scenario because prophecies do not show what only the creator can determine. Even though the Tribulation is estimated to wipe out 75% of life on the planet, it is only a warning.
We, as human consciousness, have a choice. Going forward, we can co-create heaven or hell. However, the Rapture that christians await will not happen until after the seven years of Tribulation.
Which Earth we land on will be based on how we choose to live now and if we can stop dividing ourselves and work together.
Sound surreal?
From 'Smart Dust' to 'Bots' that roam Internet forums and newspaper sites generating automated comments, from Barbie dolls that collect and wirelessly transmit children's conversations to marketers, and algorithms or artificial intelligences that finger potential criminals, generate credit ratings, parole recommendations and employment decisions:
we are about to leave the epoch of human decision making and enter a brave new era of automated or 'virtual intelligence'.
Some, like renowned technologist, futurist and Google Director of Engineering Ray Kurzweil celebrate the coming 'singularity' - the point when computer intelligence equals or surpasses human intelligence and potentially the human mind melds with technology.
Kurzweil predicts that by 2029 our brains will fuse with machines and the event will usher in a new 'techno-utopia' where according to his evangel,
"We're going to be able to meet the physical needs of all humans.
We're going to expand our minds and exemplify those artistic qualities that we value."
Another noted technologist, EL Elon Musk Donald Trumps Antichrist sidekick, struck a far more cautionary tone in October 2014:
"With artificial intelligence we are summoning the demon."

The Future ofInvoluntary Treatment of the Public
A popular article from Extreme Tech describes it in the headline:
"Smart dust: A complete computer that's smaller than a grain of sand."
An article from War is Boring is titled "Future Military Sensors Could Be Tiny Specks of 'Smart Dust'."
A paper ("Smart Dust" - Nanostructured Devices in a Grain of Sand) from University of California, San Diego describes smart dust:
"The term 'smart dust' originally referred to miniature wireless semiconductor devices made using fabrication techniques derived from the microelectronics industry."
"These devices incorporate sensing, computing and communications in a centimeter-sized package."
It is promoted as an eventuality, that smart dust will cover streets and buildings to identify people, that people will have smart dust in their bodies, and other things in mainstream television and media. They paint a utopian, blissful picture of it.
However, the history of entities involved in creating smart dust show a different perspective. The same entities who create destructive technology (drones, surveillance technology, technology for warfare) are involved with its creation:
military industrial complex players, from the RAND Corporation to Hitachi, to DARPA and their collaborators in academia. As with all technology, the people who wield it determine whether it's used for the benefit of, or against the common people.
The earliest mentions of "smart dust" come from the RAND Corporation.
According to Wikipedia:
"The concepts for Smart Dust emerged from a workshop at RAND in 1992 and a series of DARPA ISAT studies in the mid-1990s due to the potential military applications of the technology. The work was strongly influenced by work at UCLA and the University of Michigan during that period."
The Rand Corporation has been involved in morally reprehensible warfare, think tank activity and strategy in particular, for several decades.
They were involved in nuclear war strategy, disrespecting the lives of everyone on the planet in scenarios where nuclear bombs would be detonated to retaliate against Russia at the expense of all life on Earth. Such apocalyptic scenarios are explored in many RAND publications, and in 2016, they examined possibilities of war with China.
RAND has published several papers about spraying the skies, involuntarily treating whole populations with chemicals to geoengineer the weather. One is titled "Governing Geoengineering Research - A Political and Technical Vulnerability Analysis of Potential Near-Term Options."
With the recent announcement that the US government is looking into geoengineering research, it looks like an overt, involuntary treatment of the American people with geoengineering material is coming soon.
They act as if they aren't already spraying us.
RAND is likely to be involved with complex science used for control over populations, as implied in a publication of theirs. It reads,
"Beyond the agricultural and industrial revolutions of the past, a global technology revolution is currently changing the world.
This book discusses the broad, multidisciplinary, and synergistic trends in this revolution, including:
- genomics
- cloning
- biomedical engineering
- smart materials
- agile manufacturing
- nanofabricated computation devices
- and integrated microsystems."
A central, historical player in Japan's military industrial complex, Hitachi developed some of the smallest smart dust particles ever disclosed to the public, a full 15 years ago with the announcement of the 0.4mm x 0.4mm external antenna µ-Chip.
As far back as 2001, "smart dust" was this small.
It is depicted in this popular meme still circulating on social media. Considering how far back the technology goes, How small is the smallest "smart dust" today? Could it be small enough to perform functions inside the human body, or be involuntarily sprayed on us without us realizing it?
Considering what we don't know about the inner workings of DARPA, the institutes of technology so influential to modern warfare, and other historically dangerous institutions ....... what technology similar to smart dust could they be pioneering or even experimenting on us with?
Understanding the history of recent human experimentation is necessary to understand the probability of involuntary treatment with smart dust. A paper from the University of California, San Diego is titled "Smart dust - Self-assembling, self-orienting photonic crystals of porous Si."
It is about,
"micrometer-sized one-dimensional photonic crystals of porous Si that spontaneously assemble, orient, and sense their local environment."
A June 2016 Singularity Hub article is titled "Smart Dust Is Coming - New Camera Is the Size of a Grain of Salt."
The article reads:
"In a new University of Stuttgart paper published in Nature Photonics, scientists describe tiny 3D printed lenses and show how they can take super sharp images."
"Each lens is 120 millionths of a meter in diameter - roughly the size of a grain of table salt - and because they're 3D printed in one piece, complexity is no barrier. Any lens configuration that can be designed on a computer can be printed and used."
"The lenses - which included single, double, and triple optical elements - were printed on strands of optical fiber and standard digital sensors like those used in cameras. The researchers believe future applications include less invasive endoscopic medical imaging of the body - even injection into the brain - and nearly invisible camera sensors on miniature drones or robots."
"This will lead to a plethora of novel devices with tremendous impact on biotechnology, medical engineering, and safety/security monitoring, they wrote."
Hmmmmmm
Injecting smart dust into a person's brain for endoscopic medical imaging is "less" invasive?
Using bacteria encapsulated in electrospun nanofibers to treat water and enrich soil for crops is being discussed as well, in powerful academic institutions (Encapsulation of Bacteria and Viruses in Electrospun Nanofibres) such as Israel Institute of Technology.
Geoengineering researchers suspect that the tiny, metallic looking particles found after chemtrail spraying may be a form of smart dust. People theorize that smart dust may be sprayed on us, and that a similar technology may even be forcefully administered to take control of the human body.
Some question whether GWEN [cell] towers could be used in conjunction with smart dust-type-technology. While it's not completely proven that people are being involuntarily treated with smart dust, if we want to anticipate the future and avoid a dystopian nightmare;
....... we'd be wise to examine all the possibilities, because in the world today, technology that was heralded as revolutionary and life saving is often the complete opposite. Once the general public is coaxed into accepting something as life-saving, from that point forward, people who criticize the science are ostracized.
This is not science as in, the scientific method of critically testing the effects of something and searching for evidence, but it's dogma about technology. Vaccines are a perfect example. Once people became normalized to them, and people who questioned them were denigrated as conspiracy theorists, a threshold was crossed which makes it difficult to reach anyone with alternative info about them.
Powerful institutions and their mad scientists are trying to cross this "threshold of normalization" with geoengineering as we speak, and they will try with smart dust. While people who observe the chemtrail spraying in the skies, have seen rain tests full of aluminum, and have seen the geoengineering patents for spraying aluminum;
....... have been cast aside as conspiracy theorists for saying spraying is occurring, the mainstream media and mad science institutions are now openly calling for spraying the skies to "combat climate change."
One day, the government could declare "we will now spray," and those who say your health could be damaged by their geoengineering spray might be called crazy in a future where people are normalized to it. Those who insist other chemicals and things are being sprayed on us under the guise of overt geoengineering could be called paranoid, once the "threshold of normalization" is reached with the public.
To remain in control over what technology is administered to us, because governments are pushing harder every day to make vaccines mandatory; ....... breathing in particles sprayed in the sky, and other health damaging things, we have to not allow public opinion to reach that threshold of willfully accepting involuntary treatment.
With the passing of California's SB277, children attending school are now required to get a long list of vaccines.
According to SB277. org :
"SB 277 eliminates a parent's right to exempt their children from one, some, or all vaccines, a risk-laden medical procedure including death. In 2016, California parents will be forced to give their children more than 40 doses of 10 federally recommended vaccines. This open-ended vaccine mandate allows the State of California to add any additional vaccines they deem necessary at anytime."
"The only exemption available is a medical exemption that doctors deny to 99.99 percent of children under federal guidelines."
A technology that can be as dangerous as smart dust, geoengineering, etc, will certainly be used against public interests by the deep state and military industrial complex. Especially so while the American public is so sedated by the mainstream narratives regarding independent investigations into the workings of the ruling elite.
Imagine a cloud of sensors, each the size of a grain of sand or even smaller, blown aloft by hurricane winds and relaying data on the storm to weather stations below.
Picture an,
invisible sensor network embedded into a smart city's roads to monitor traffic, road surface damage and identify available parking spaces - all in real time.
Or billions of nanosensors distributed over forests and other areas with fire hazards to detect a fire at its very beginning.
Or envision programmable smart dust that triggers an alarm signal when invisible microcracks are detected in a turbine blade. Smart dust refers to wireless networks of sub-millimeter-scale autonomous computing and sensing platforms not larger than a grain of sand.
Smart dust senses and records data about its environment such as light, temperature, sound, presence of toxins or vibrations, and transmits that data wirelessly to larger computer systems.
Smart dust is a vision of the networked future where intelligent networks of trillions of miniscule sensors continuously feel, taste, smell, see, and hear what is going on in their surrounding environment, communicate with each other and exchange information.
Smart dust networks are the ultimate Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices.
Smart dust is revolutionary because the sensors are small enough to be put anywhere, even in narrow and difficult areas.
Another huge advantage is that these devices work without any human intervention as they are pre-programmed and, notwithstanding their tiny size, have their own power supply.
This technology is expected to not only monitor, building controls
pipelines factory equipment drug-making processes, but it will also lead to ubiquitous autonomous artificial intelligent computation near the end user, such as:
authentication
medical procedures and health care monitoring
sensing and tracking
industrial and supply chain monitoring, defense applications.
Although smart dust devices are not quite in dust-size territory, researchers hope to shrink these devices to the size of a speck of dust via nanotechnology. To be economically feasible, such single-use devices have to be cheap (we are talking pennies or even fractions of a penny), even cheaper than the radio-frequency identification tags currently used to track the inventory of warehouses, for example.
How does smart dust work and what does it do?
Smart dust networks contain nodes (called 'mote') that combine sensing, computing, wireless communication capabilities and autonomous power supply in a tiny package with a volume of few cubic millimeters or even less.
Smart dust is based on microelectromechanical systems, or MEMS. MEMS consist of any combination of mechanical (levers, springs, membranes, etc.) and electrical (resistors, capacitors, inductors, etc.) components to work as sensors or actuators.
In the future, as fabrication technologies advance, this will shrink further down in size to NEMS - nanoelectromechanical systems. Motes are constructed using conventional silicon microfabrication techniques and can remain suspended in an environment similar to dust (hence the name).
Each mote can be left unattended to collect environmental data such as light, temperature, pressure, vibrations, the existence of toxins, etc., and transmit this data wirelessly to larger, remote computer systems - or, depending on the mote's computing power, processes it directly at the point of data collection.
For instance,
in an industrial setting, smart dust sensors relay signals back to a command computer, which then compiles the data to give feedback to plant managers. Or the results could trigger an automatic response, such as turning down a building's temperature or reducing the flow of water. Another example is DARPA's SHIELD program that plans to use microscale chips to track and authenticate the supply chain of computer chips for defense applications.
The goal is to eliminate counterfeit integrated circuits from the electronics supply chain by making counterfeiting too complex and time-consuming to be cost effective. SHIELD aims to combine NSA-level encryption, sensors, near-field power and communications into a tiny chip capable of being inserted into the packaging of an integrated circuit.
Origin of the smart dust concept
'Smart Dust' was first conceived in the 1990s by Dr. Kris Pister while a professor of electrical engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, as a simple way to deploy intelligent wireless sensors. At the time, Pister imagined a world in which ubiquitous sensors could measure everything that could be measured.
Immediately, he thought about environmental applications such as weather tracking (read his concept paper from 2000: Emerging challenges: Mobile networking for "Smart Dust"). But it doesn't come as a surprise that it was the military that gave the impetus, and financing, for developing smart dust.

Thousands of sensor nodes covering square kilometers
are delivered by autonomous helicopter. They track motion of vehicles for hours/days, and report information superimposed on live video when interrogated by hand-held receiver or helicopter-borne receiver.
Components of a smart dust mote
Very basically, every mote consists of four device classes: sensors, circuits, communication, and power supply. In a wireless sensor node this would conceptually look like this schematic:
The entire package contains one or more MEMS or NEMS sensors to perform the mote's principal sensing purpose of detecting and measuring things like:
- vibration
- temperature
- pressure
- sound
- light
- magnetic field, etc
Circuits (microcontroller) to interface with the sensors and process and store data.
Communication ideally comprises a transmitter and 3D antenna which ensures equal radiation in all directions, thus enabling orientation insensitive communication. Power supply for the entire mote, depending on the area of operation, could be a solar cell array or some form of thin-film battery or supercapacitor.
Researchers have demonstrated fully working multi-lens objectives with sizes of around 100 microns, roughly the size of a grain of salt, that could lead to smart dust motes with autonomous vision. The lenses show unprecedented performances and high optical quality with resolutions of up to 500 line pairs per millimeter for imaging applications.
Dust-sized power supply
Ever smaller energy storage devices in the submillimeter range for even smaller microelectronic components are a major technical challenge. Nevertheless, researchers manage to continuously reduce their size, as this example of a nanosupercapacitor shows - it is the size of a speck of dust but packs the voltage of an AAA battery:
Neural smart dust
Granted, this application is a bit further out, but actively worked on by researchers. And, again, the military is spearheading this through DARPA's Electrical Prescriptions (ElectRx) program.
Researchers have developed a safe, millimeter-scale wireless device small enough to be implanted in individual nerves, capable of detecting electrical activity of nerves and muscles deep within the body, and that uses ultrasound for power coupling and communication.
They call these devices neural dust.
Each neural dust sensor consists of only three main parts:
a pair of electrodes to measure nerve signals, a custom transistor to amplify the signal, and a piezoelectric crystal that serves the dual purpose of converting the mechanical power of externally generated ultrasound waves into electrical power and communicating the recorded nerve activity.
And while not networked yet, researchers already demonstrated the feasibility of inserting computer chips into individual cells. But you can imagine where this could go...
Current status and challenges
The main challenges researchers have been grappling with are the lack of enough power on the small footprint and the difficulties of integrating power systems into these highly scaled devices. Since the storage density of battery technologies has not followed Moore's law scaling trends, IoT systems need to rely on power conversion from outside sources such as thermal, vibrational, light, or radio waves.
As nanoelectronics and packaging technologies evolve, though, now may be the right time that we start to rethink the solutions for these problems and advance towards more powerful small computer systems than what was originally proposed. The ability to integrate various nanoelectronic chiplets - such as processor, memory, and photovoltaics - in an industrial-scale wafer-level-packaging process, creating solar-powered smart dust, unlocks the potential of large-scale manufacturing of these compact integrated systems with high performance and ultralow cost.
Applications of smart dust
The vast range of smart dust application makes it impossible to provide detailed descriptions in just a single article.
So we just list some major areas below:
- Agriculture: Constant monitoring of a crop's nutritional requirements, watering, fertilization, and pest control. This valuable information can help to increase the quantity and quality of the crop. It can also record soil conditions such as pH, fertility, microbial infestations, i.e., information vital for the plant's growth.
- Industries: Continuous screening of essential equipment, prompting action regarding its maintenance. Assessing the exact condition of machines, their weakness, and corrosion can prevent complete system failure.
- Environment: Chemical and biological environmental monitoring for health and safety issues (water, air, soil). Monitoring for buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, water and sewer pipes, electrical and telecommunications grids will become part of an overall concept of a smart city. For instance, smart dust could already be embedded into concrete during construction.
- Inventory management: Tracking products from their manufacturing factories to retail shelves via transport facility (ship vessels to trucks) would ensure tight inventory control.
- Medical diagnostics: see neural smart dust above
- Transport sector: Smart dust transports perishable goods as these materials require constant monitoring. While transporting perishable goods, certain parameters such as temperature, humidity, and aeration have to be monitored continuously. Similarly, smart dust helps to monitor animals' health and control the necessary conditions such as temperature, air, and humidity for safe transport.
- Military applications: It helps in accessing activities in remote or inaccessible areas. It can also determine the presence of toxic gases or harmful substances and help take necessary actions. Battlefield sensor networks.
- Space exploration: Weather, seismological monitoring on planets and moons in the solar system. Scientists are also exploring an entirely new type of space telescope with an aperture made of swarms of particles released from a canister and controlled by a laser. NASA's Innovative Advanced Concepts Program is funding the second phase of the "orbiting rainbows" project that attempts to combine space optics and smartdust, or autonomous robotic system technology.
Smart dust risks and concerns
Wide-scale adoption of smart dust would bring with it a number of risks:
Privacy
Many that have reservations about the real-world implications of smart dust are concerned about privacy issues. Smart dust devices will become so small that they are invisible to our naked eye and, therefore, are extremely difficult to detect.
They can be programmed to record whatever their sensors are capable of (ironically, people have begun to voluntarily carry devices that would accomplish exactly that). You probably won't know who is collecting the data and what they are doing with it.
Your imagination can run wild regarding the negative privacy implications when smart dust falls into the wrong hands
Control
Once billions of smart dust devices are deployed over an area it would be difficult to retrieve or capture them if necessary. Given how small they are, it would be challenging to detect them if you weren't made aware of their presence. The volume of smart dust that could be engaged by a rogue individual, company or government to do harm would make it challenging for the authorities to control if necessary.
Cost
As with any new technology, the cost to implement a smart dust system that includes the satellites and other elements required for full implementation is high. Until costs come down, it will be technology out of reach for many.
Pollution
Smart dust motes essentially are single-use devices. Unless they are fully biodegradable the question arises if they will pollute the areas where they are used (soil, air, water).
Health
As soon as smart dust particles shrink to the nanoscale, their risk profile will match that of nanoparticles in general and the potential health risk associated with inhaling or ingesting them.
Legal issues
The lack of security protecting information created by smart dust networks is creating not only privacy concerns, but the network can be accessed without authorization (i.e., hacked) by third parties and its information can be used for illegal purposes.
