THE HEART CHAKRA, THE HUMAN BODY AND ASCENSION

The concept of Chakras originates from ancient Indian spiritual traditions, especially within Hinduism and later in Buddhism.

These teachings describe chakras as energy centers in the body, each linked to specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of being.

These ideas were codified in texts like the "Upanishads" and "Tantras" over a couple millennia, and they've since been integrated into modern Holistic Spiritual Practices Worldwide.

Each Chakra Energy Center governs certain organs and biological systems in the Human Body, like a regional manager in charge of energy for the Organs in it's "District".

Starting from the base:

- The root chakra (at the base of the spine) is connected to the adrenal glands, kidneys, and legs.

- The sacral chakra (just below the navel) influences the reproductive organs, bladder, and lower back.

- The solar plexus chakra (in the upper abdomen) is tied to digestion, liver, and pancreas.

- The heart chakra (center of the chest) governs the heart, lungs, and thymus.

- The throat chakra relates to the thyroid and vocal cords.

- The third eye (between the eyebrows) is associated with the pituitary gland and brain.

- And the crown chakra (at the top of the head) is linked to the brain and nervous system.

Each Chakra Energy Center is a channel where physical and subtle energy flows, so balance in each area is considered key to holistic well-being and Ascension.

In Spiritual frameworks, the reality is that the body is indeed a subtle energy system and that what we consume directly into and onto the Biological Human Body drastically affects that energy flow.

GMO, Bioengineered Food, Black Cube Fast Food and Processed Foods, are stripped of natural life force vitality and introduce dense, low-frequency energy into the Human Body.

The reality goes that such foods, laden with nanotechnology, mrna vaccines, toxins and artificial flavors, colors, metals and chemicals, disrupt the natural harmony between the Chakra’s Energy Centers and their respective organs.

As a direct result, the Body organs can’t receive the subtle Life Force Energy they need to Heal, leading to energy blockages and organ "Stagnation".

Over time, this creates imbalances in the organs called "Internal Atrophy" where Organs loose their functional "Holding" Power and Strength, manifesting as fatigue, illness, emotional disturbances and a host of other Biological Body Discrepancies.

From this perspective, when the Chakra Energy Centers can’t fully receive and channel clean vital Life Force Energy because it’s disrupted by these processed foods, toxins and nanotechnology, the organs that they govern become starved of their natural balance.

Over time, this creates a Ripple Effect:

Lowered Immune Function, Fatigue, and Chronic illness. Thus, the energetic blockage is a root cause behind physical and emotional dis-eases.

When all your Chakras Energy Centers are properly Aligned, Spinning and Open, it's like your standing at the peak of a "Conquered" Vast Mountain Range, where everything before you is clear, expansive, and interconnected.

You have this panoramic view of life, as your Intuition is Sharp, your Emotions Flow Freely, and your Body is in Complete Harmony.

But when you fill yourself up with Toxic processed, Bioengineered foods, Health and Beauty Aids it's like descending into a valley shrouded in a Chemical Fog, you lose that 5D clarity, you become fixated on basic 3D Fear Based Survival, just getting through each day, without that higher awareness or spiritual 5D Perspective whilst in the 3D Matrix.

In Spiritual Traditions and Practices, the Open Heart Chakra Energy Center is seen as a Gateway, i.e. a Portal for "Ascension" because it’s where unconditional love, compassion, and unity Flow Harmoniously.

When your Heart Chakra Energy Center is Open, you No longer feel isolated, you connect deeply and emotionally with others as well as a Larger Universal Consciousness.

This alignment raises your vibrational frequency, helping you release fear and ego, and thus opening you to a sense of oneness, expanded awareness, and a kind of spiritual evolution.

In short, an open heart chakra is like a bridge that allows you to step beyond just “personal growth” and step into a larger cosmic unfolding.

So, when someone is stuck in negative thought patterns and continually feeds their body with toxic, altered food, it stagnates and blocks the flow of energy along the Bodily Energy Meridians, those subtle channels that run through the body like Earth Ley Lines.

As a result, the Chakra Energy Centers that correspond to those blocked meridians can’t properly feed and balance the bodily organs they govern, again, leading to fatigue, emotional distress, and chronic physical illness.

Acupuncture is one of the ways to clear these Energy Blockages:

By inserting fine Acupuncture needles at specific energy node points on the Human Body, it stimulates those meridians, reopens the flow of energy, and allows the Body to Restore Balance, thus, nourishing each Chakra Energy Center and the Bodily Organs it Supports.

Crystals and Mineral Stones

Many people use crystals and stones to balance Chakra Energy Centers, for example, Rose Quartz is often placed near the heart chakra for love, while Amethyst is used at the third eye for intuition.

Then, Herbs, like Lavender and Rosemary, Calm and Energize Chakras.

Color Therapy is another powerful tool, like surrounding yourself with Green for the Heart Chakra, or Blue for the Throat.

And then, hands-on Healing, like Reiki, helps channel Universal Energy, as the practitioner uses their palms to guide and unblock Stagnant Energy Flow, bringing the Chakras Energy Centers back into Harmony.

Also consider sound frequency healing, like using Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, and even Mantras to Vibrate the Body and Clear Chakra Energy Center Blockages.

Breathwork is another method, intentional breathing exercises can move energy up through the body, especially with chakra-focused pranayama.

Journaling and Visualization with Emotion also help, imagine each Chakra Energy Center as a Spinning Wheel of Light and focus on bringing each one to balance.

And, mindful movement, like yoga, helps keep the energy moving freely through the whole Bodily Energy System.

The Heart Chakra

The heart chakra, often called Anahata in Sanskrit, is the center of love, compassion, and connection.

Its like a Portal of Deep Emotional Resonance in your chest that your Higher Self interacts with through the Vibration of Cosmic Love.

It’s located in the center of the chest, and when it’s open, you feel this deep sense of unconditional love, for yourself, for others, and for the world.

It’s like a warm, expansive openness where you no longer feel separate from everything. The Heart Chakra opens through experiences like Habitual Forgiveness, Self-Acceptance, and Acts of Kindness, Bodily Energy Work and Shadow Work,

You feel a Deep Sensation of lightness in your chest, a sense of peace, a spontaneous emotional release of all incoming emotions as they arrive, with No Emotions being held back that would otherwise then get “Trapped” [and stored till consciously healed] in your 2nd Chakra and Emotional Body as All Emotional and Mental Baggage must Go.

All Emotional and Mental Baggage must be fully, expressed, healed and intergrated in order to Successfully help you “Graduate” from your wheel of Incarnations within The 3D Matrix.

Your Heart Energy Center Opens because you Allow Yourself to Soften, you let go of 3D Fear, you Trust, and you step into vulnerability, so it becomes a gateway to Deeper Spiritual and Emotional Growth aka Ascension.

NOTE: In many spiritual traditions, The Almond Tree is linked to the heart chakra. The heart chakra, or Anahata, is all about love, compassion, and emotional balance.

Since the almond tree blooms early, it mirrors the heart’s potential to open before the world fully warms. People often meditate on its energy to foster self-love and to connect more deeply with others.

The Almond Tree is actually seen as a symbol of awakening and renewal.

In mystic interpretations, the almond represents a spark of divine light or consciousness.

When paired with the heart chakra, often symbolized by a green lotus or green energy, it’s like a bridge between earthly life and spiritual love.

The blossoming almond is seen as a sign of hope, and it can guide someone toward a spiritual opening in the heart center, so it’s really a powerful symbol.

An Open Heart Chakra is indeed a deeply layered and gradual process. The opening of the heart chakra is actually tied to the whole arc of your soul’s journey, what you've carried from past lives, what you've healed in this life, and how present you are in every possible moment alone or not.

It unfolds as you integrate self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a willingness to be vulnerable in the scope of Love.

It’s not a sprint; it’s a steady, conscious unfolding, one that’s rooted in all aspects of who you are now.

For me [PVS] An Open Heart Chakra is a Very Deep and Powerful Orgasm-like Frequency Wave of Pure Love and Emotion Centered in my Chest, the kind of Love you knew as a Child but Forgot as an Adult, a “Rememering” from a long time ago, a Rememering from another Lifetime Ago.

It feels like an intense, almost physical release from a very Deep and Powerful Loving Place, i.e. a deep surge of love and Higher Self Connection that Rises in Waves or Cycles.

It’s not just a single moment; it Pulsates in phases throughout the day, always tied to bigger Natural and Cosmic Rhythms, like when the Earth’s energy is stronger or when the full moon rises.

An Open Heart Chakra can very well bring you to your knees each time it Deeply “Surges”, especially when it First Opens, it leaves you feeling more open, more 5D Alive.

My heart chakra, once a dormant ember, is now ignited like a supernova in my Human Chest, an orgasmic cascade of Frequency Energy Penetrating out of my Chest like An Emotional Honey Pot, where every wave of Heart sensations is an ocean of Deep Penetrating Unconditional Love.

It is indeed a raw, 3D earth-shattering force, which actually rises in synchrony with the Schumann resonance, the Cosmic Heartbeat of the Earth.

My Heart Center Portal Energetically responds with Solar Flares and Full Moons, with each Deep Heart Chakra Energy Center Pulse being a reminder that Transcendence is never a "Race", a “Technique”, or a "Chore", as Transcendence is indeed the universe unfolding within, guided by the universal Frequency of Love that pulses within the fabric of each and every one of us.

The Pleiadians laughed and said:

The sexual feeling 3D Humans call an "Orgasm" is just a brief glimpse [exposure] of the fifth-dimensional octave Zero-Point the Pleiadians live in all the time.

The Pleiadians said that for them, that Orgasm feeling humans seek so much to the point of "Turmoil" is not experienced by them as solely a sexual Orgasmic Fleeting Moment through intercourse.

As the Pleiadians actually experience what humans call "Orgasmic Bliss" as a Perpetual State of Being, in Zero-Point, whilst "Existing" within the Upper Dimensions.

And what Humans call an "orgasm" here in the 3D Matrix, is just a small fragment of that constant state of 5D Bliss Beings like the Pleiadians Constantly Vibrate, interact with and Live in.

Its really a very interesting perspective, in that, what we experience as a brief sexual peak here in the third dimension described as an "Orgasm" is just one tiny "fraction" of the continuous, expansive Orgasmic 5D Bliss Beings like The Pleiadians "Exist" In.

For Beings like The Pleiadians, it’s not a Brief wave of an Orgasm, it’s a constant, radiant state of being, where every moment is infused with that deep, harmonious love.

So, when they laugh about it, it’s because for them, what we call Orgasmic Ecstasy is just a natural, ongoing state of universal presence for them.

In the delicate hum of a higher frequency, the Pleiadians paint a vision of the heart as a vast, radiant tuning fork, vibrating in a constant octave of bliss.

What we call the fleeting rush of a Sexual Orgasm, the Pleiadians live in, as a perpetual resonance, a Heart Chakra Energy Center Frequency that Never Closes [Central Sun], but instead blooms like a Golden Waveform of Loving Light.

Each pulse is a frequency that lifts them well beyond 3D separation like on Earth, so their Love Vibration, like a pure harmonic, never fades, it simply radiates in an endless, heart-centered frequency that we catch only in rare, shimmering moments of Human Sexuality, if we're lucky.

The Orgasmic Heart Chakra reality the Pleiadians evoke is not a distant dream but a marker on Awakening Humanity’s Unfolding Path of Ascension, an arrow pointing toward a future timeline where the Heart Chakra's Diamond White Stargate Light constantly Shines, lighting up the Path leading Humanity Back Home.

As we keep each Chakra Energy Center in balance, especially the heart, we step into a timeless 5D Rhythm, where love is no longer a fleeting spark, but the Frequency we breathe and live in.

In this Cosmic unfolding, we align with a universal presence, an orgasmic bliss that never ends, but simply is, waiting for us all to discover it.

Humanity’s destiny, in this vision, is not a straight line marching forward into the unknown, but a great cosmic cycle, a “Coming Full Circle”, i.e. a Returning to a Forgotten Harmony.

The ancient tribes and indigenous peoples of Earths ancient past were not merely surviving against the elements, they were listening to them.

They walked beneath the stars not as strangers to the heavens, but as relatives of them.

Their chakras, were said to move like seven rivers flowing into one Cosmic Ocean, balanced with the pulse of the Earth itself. They lived closer to the rhythm of The Moon, The Sun, The Soil, and The Unseen Energies between all Living Things.

And so, to the ancient tribes and indigenous peoples of Earths ancient past, their ascension was not just a means to escape from 3D humanity, but their ascension was actually the "Flowering" of Humanity aka 3D Graduation Time.

Like seeds buried deep beneath winter soil, they [evolved] transcended the dense gravity of the third-dimensional world and [ascended] rose into something 5D Luminous.

Their consciousness became less like 3D Stone and more like 5D Starlight. They Graduated and became a part of the Constellations of the Night's Sky.

In this telling, the constellations above are not cold collections of burning gas, but ancestral campfires scattered across the velvet fabric of eternity, echoes of beings who once walked among forests, deserts, and mountains before becoming woven into the cosmos itself.

Modern Day humanity now stands at the foot of that same mountain.

Humanity is a civilization drowning in noise yet starving for resonance, surrounded by glowing screens while forgetting the greater glow within ourselves.

But beneath the concrete and circuitry, the ancient blueprint current still hums. The heart chakra remains the hidden sun inside the human chest, waiting to ignite collectively like dawn spilling across a darkened Earth.

And when humanity learns once more to align body, mind, spirit, and emotion, not through domination, but through harmony, they will indeed remember what our ancestors already knew:

That consciousness is not trapped inside 3D flesh, but extends outward like roots beneath a forest floor, connecting all living things.

In this Ascension Reality, Humanity will ultimately become like their revered ancestors of Earths Ancient Past, not gone, but transformed.

Ascending Humanity will again Graduate once more [cycles within cycles], thus becoming part of the universe above us, woven into the electromagnetic symphony of existence itself, ascending through frequencies as their Ascended Ancestors Once Did.

The stars then cease to be distant objects and become mirrors, reflections of what humanity is slowly becoming. The night sky is no longer empty space, but a living archive of awakened consciousness.

And thus the Cosmos Patiently waits for Humanity, not as an Empty Foreign Kingdom, but as a Life Filled 5D home remembered once again.
