WEATHER MODIFICATION AND HURRICANES

Weather modification expert Ben Livingston. Livingston discussed in detail proven evidence of hurricane control and his research and experiences with cloud seeding and weather weapons used in the Vietnam war.
Many scoff at the possibility of weather control and simply refuse to believe it exists. Attempting to even engage such people in conversation on the subject is fruitless because their mind is set. Yet the reality is that weather modification has been in operation and continual development since the 1960s.
Livingston, now 77, has a master's degree in cloud physics from the Naval Weapons Center and Navy Post Graduate School in California, a degree he later used in the battlefields.
According to a recent report,
"He seeded clouds and dramatically increased rainfall in his theater of war, creating impassably muddy roads, slowing down the Vietnamese and Korean troops, and saving lives and entire towns from occupation."
Livingston was even invited to the White House where he briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control activities. Livingston asserts that hurricane control was a national priority of the government in the 60s and they had the ability to do it at that time. That was 40 years ago.
He now works with scientists and pilots at Weather Modification Inc., in Fargo, N.D. His research of hurricane control has been confirmed by the Stanford Research Institute.
He has personally flown on 265 missions into the eyes of hurricanes and has gone on record as "most disgusted" with Hurricane Katrina because he knows that the storm itself could have been minimized.
Livingston revealed that to reduce or redirect a category 4 hurricane would not be that difficult:
"A hurricane is made up of energy sails and each of those sails adds to the ferocity of it. It was proven in 1974 by an international project that these energy sails exist and that they are the reason that hurricanes can develop and grow move and cause damages. So there's no reason to attack the hurricane in total but just to fly in to the right front quadrant primarily relative to the direction the storm is moving in and seed those energy sails that are converging and making the rain and wind velocity increase in the front part of a hurricane." Livingston asserted.
He went on to explain exactly how to minimize and control the hurricane:
" We would be trying to destroy or at least grossly reduce the velocity in these individual energy sails by seeding the clouds with silver iodide in the top part of the cloud... and those tops would then have so many small droplets in them that the prevailing wind just blows them away and so an energy sail would be neutralized until it can regroup which may be several hours later."
The seeding process may sound complicated but it is not at all. There would be no need for more than two small aircraft at a time to safely fly upwards into the hurricane.
"We're carrying more cloud seeding material on one airplane now, over 800% more on each plane than we had during Project Storm Fury" (The project set up by the US Government to discover how to control hurricanes in the 60s). Livingston added.
Alex put the question to Livingston, if it is so simple to do and the government knows how to do it and has been doing it since the 60s then why did they not attempt to minimize hurricane Katrina?
"This is a long story with a deep history. Back in the mid 50s, 1954 or so, the government allotted the first amount of money for weather modification and weather control practices to the US weather Bureau to the tune of about 30 million dollars." Livingston said.
"Their charge was to employ the most brilliant scientists around the world, and meteorologists and physicists, to work out a concept for reducing damages from hurricanes. What brought that on was that we had three tremendous hurricanes in 1953 and '54 that affected the twelve northeastern states... Basically The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) was formed to take that responsibility." He went on to say.
Mr Livingston went on to describe how Project "Storm Fury" of which he was a national director was then set up in the mid 60s. Much of the research was carried out on hurricanes in the Atlantic at that time.
Project Storm Fury was shut down on the logic that the data was not good enough to use in statistical studies. Many believe that the research then became part of a black operation on weather modification.
Upon recently writing to verify what the national policy is on hurricane research, Livingston received the following response:
"The approach of NOAA with regard to minimizing the impact of hurricanes on US citizens is to improve our forecast on the tracking and intensity of storms and to better warn those in harm's way. It is no longer the policy of NOAA to support or conduct weather modification research."
So there is effectively no official government budget for weather modification of any kind. This would not however prevent the hiring of private companies such as Weather Modification, Inc. to carry out the relatively simple work for around $25 million for the hurricane season. This is a small amount when considering the billions spent on rebuilding and clearing up after hurricanes.
"The situation is as I see it that the Federal Government and NOAA have a tremendous job to do and they're doing a tremendous job. But their interest is in statistical data... where as people who are concerned about hurricane damages are interested more in results or empirical data." Livingston added.
Dr Livingston went on to read a statement from the Stanford research Institute who were brought into Project Storm Fury in the late sixties as a third party, which stated conclusively that knowledge of how to stop hurricanes had been uncovered and that they would be directly liable should a hurricane hit and cause extensive damage and loss of life.
Livingston revealed that on the 18th August 1969, five seedings at two hour intervals on Hurricane Debbie, researchers deduced that the wind speed had decreased from 115mph to 80 mph. That is a 30% reduction and a 45% reduction in damages. On August 20th a second seeding decreased the wind speed again to just under 100 mph, a reduction of around 15%. Some scientists involved wanted more research and to uncover clearer patterns so they brought in Stanford as a third party, who determined that more seeding should be done for damage reduction.
Of course, during the Vietnam war the goal for Livingston and his colleagues was to actually strengthen adverse weather, to inflate and exacerbate the monsoon season in order that the Vietnamese get bogged down. So not only is prevention possible, but also creation of harsh weather conditions.
Dr Livingston was assigned in 1966 from the Naval weapons research Laboratory to a marine fighter squadron in Vietnam. Instead of guns, the aircraft under Livingston's control were fitted with cloud seeding equipment.
"My mission was to find clouds and seed them for maximum precipitation value" he commented.
Cloud seeding is the process of spreading either dry ice (or more commonly, silver iodide aerosols) into the upper part of clouds to try to stimulate the precipitation process and form rain. Since most rainfall starts through the growth of ice crystals from super-cooled cloud droplets (droplets colder than the freezing point, 32 deg. F) in the upper parts of clouds, the silver iodide particles are meant to encourage the growth of new ice particles.

Alex went on to ask Dr Livingston whether it was dangerous flying into hurricanes, and whether that was a factor that could have prevented operations going ahead.
"A good part of the time you're out in the most beautiful VFR weather you've ever seen. If it's night you can see the stars, the moon, if it's daytime the sun or whatever. So you can not only see what you're going to seed, you can analyze it on your radar... generally speaking its not very hazardous flying." Livingston answered.
Dr Livingston puts beyond doubt the reality of weather modification. His take on Hurricane Katrina is that it was not prevented for political reasons.
HURRICANES AND TROPICAL STORMS
The desirability to modify storms to support military objectives is the most aggressive and controversial type of weather-modification.
The damage caused by storms is indeed horrendous. For instance, a tropical storm has an energy equal to 10,000 one-megaton hydrogen bombs,36 and in 1992 Hurricane Andrew totally destroyed Homestead AFB, Florida, caused the evacuation of most military aircraft in the southeastern US, and resulted in $15.5 billion of damage.37
However, as one would expect based on a storm’s energy level, current scientific literature indicates that there are definite physical limits on mankind’s ability to modify storm systems. By taking this into account along with political, environmental, economic, legal, and moral considerations, we will confine our analysis of storms to localized thunderstorms and thus do not consider major storm systems such as hurricanes or intense low-pressure systems.
At any instant there are approximately 2,000 thunderstorms taking place. In fact 45,000 thunderstorms, which contain heavy rain, hail, microbursts, wind shear, and lightning form daily.38 Anyone who has flown frequently on commercial aircraft has probably noticed the extremes that pilots will go to avoid thunderstorms. The danger of thunderstorms was clearly shown in August 1985 when a jumbo jet crashed killing 137 people after encountering microburst wind shears during a rain squall.39 These forces of nature impact all aircraft and even the most advanced fighters of 1996 make every attempt to avoid a thunderstorm.
Will bad weather remain an aviation hazard in 2025? The answer, unfortunately, is "yes," but projected advances in technology over the next 30 years will diminish the hazard potential. Computer-controlled flight systems will be able to "autopilot" aircraft through rapidly changing winds. Aircraft will also have highly accurate, onboard sensing systems that can instantaneously "map" and automatically guide the aircraft through the safest portion of a storm cell.
Aircraft are envisioned to have hardened electronics that can withstand the effects of lightning strikes and may also have the capability to generate a surrounding electropotential field that will neutralize or repel lightning strikes.
Assuming that the US achieves some or all of the above outlined aircraft technical advances and maintains the technological "weather edge" over its potential adversaries, we can next look at how we could modify the battlespace weather to make the best use of our technical advantage.
Weather-modification technologies might involve techniques that would increase latent heat release in the atmosphere, provide additional water vapor for cloud cell development, and provide additional surface and lower atmospheric heating to increase atmospheric instability. Critical to the success of any attempt to trigger a storm cell is the pre-existing atmospheric conditions locally and regionally.
The atmosphere must already be conditionally unstable and the large-scale dynamics must be supportive of vertical cloud development. The focus of the weather-modification effort would be to provide additional "conditions" that would make the atmosphere unstable enough to generate cloud and eventually storm cell development.
The path of storm cells once developed or enhanced is dependent not only on the mesoscale dynamics of the storm but the regional and synoptic (global) scale atmospheric wind flow patterns in the area which are currently not subject to human control.
As indicated, the technical hurdles for storm development in support of military operations are obviously greater than enhancing precipitation or dispersing fog as described earlier. One area of storm research that would significantly benefit military operations is lightning modification. Most research efforts are being conducted to develop techniques to lessen the occurrence or hazards associated with lightning.
This is important research for military operations and resource protection, but some offensive military benefit could be obtained by doing research on increasing the potential and intensity of lightning. Concepts to explore include increasing the basic efficiency of the thunderstorm, stimulating the triggering mechanism that initiates the bolt, and triggering lightning such as that which struck Apollo 12 in 1968.40
Possible mechanisms to investigate would be ways to modify the electropotential characteristics over certain targets to induce lightning strikes on the desired targets as the storm passes over their location.
In summary, the ability to modify battlespace weather through storm cell triggering or enhancement would allow us to exploit the technological "weather" advances of our 2025 aircraft; this area has tremendous potential and should be addressed by future research and concept development programs.
Artificial Weather
While most weather-modification efforts rely on the existence of certain preexisting conditions, it may be possible to produce some weather effects artificially, regardless of preexisting conditions.
For instance, virtual weather could be created by influencing the weather information received by an end user. Their perception of parameter values or images from global or local meteorological information systems would differ from reality. This difference in perception would lead the end user to make degraded operational decisions.
Nanotechnology also offers possibilities for creating simulated weather. A cloud, or several clouds, of microscopic computer particles, all communicating with each other and with a larger control system could provide tremendous capability. Interconnected, atmospherically buoyant, and having navigation capability in three dimensions, such clouds could be designed to have a wide-range of properties.
They might exclusively block optical sensors or could adjust to become impermeable to other surveillance methods. They could also provide an atmospheric electrical potential difference, which otherwise might not exist, to achieve precisely aimed and timed lightning strikes. Even if power levels achieved were insufficient to be an effective strike weapon, the potential for psychological operations in many situations could be fantastic.
One major advantage of using simulated weather to achieve a desired effect is that unlike other approaches, it makes what are otherwise the results of deliberate actions appear to be the consequences of natural weather phenomena.
In addition, it is potentially relatively inexpensive to do. According to J. Storrs Hall, a scientist at Rutgers University conducting research on nanotechnology, production costs of these nanoparticles could be about the same price per pound as potatoes.52
This of course discounts research and development costs, which will be primarily borne by the private sector and be considered a sunk cost by 2025 and probably earlier.
HAARP and Weaponizing the Weather
Since 1990, the HAARP program operating under the U.S. Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) under the Reagan Administration, to the mainstream media it known as was 'Star Wars.'
SDI, a missile defense system behind the idea and development of HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a research program based on the Ionosphere, a region of Earth's upper atmosphere that ranges from about 30 miles (50 km) to 600 miles (1,000 km) above the Earth's surface.
It was funded by the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) and the Military-Industrial Complex that includes,
the U.S. Air Force
the U.S. Navy
the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)
HAARP is a system of extremely powerful antennas that can create a carefully controlled modification of the ionosphere over any region of the world which was originally owned and operated by the Air Force Research Laboratory's Space Vehicles Directorate near Gakona, Alaska.
HAARP was designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT) based in the U.K.
The University of Alaska Fairbanks website says that HAARP,
"is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere."
UAF website also claims the following:
The HAARP program is committed to developing a world-class ionospheric research facility consisting of:
The Ionospheric Research Instrument, a high power transmitter facility operating in the High Frequency range. The IRI can be used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere for scientific study.
Excite means "cause" or to "stimulate" the ionosphere...
Technically the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) can stimulate the ionosphere which can change the earth's upper atmosphere which many scientists say can have catastrophic consequences.
Activist and author of 'Angels Don't Play This HAARP' Dr. Nick Begich, describes HAARP as,
"A super-powerful radiowave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas.
Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and penetrate everything - living and dead."
The HAARP program which was originally based in Alaska but was reportedly shut down in 2014, but the University of Alaska Fairbanks resumed ownership of the facility as of August 2015.
According to an NBC report in 2014 'Conspiracy Theories Abound as U.S. Military Closes HAARP' claims that:
The U.S. Air Force has notified Congress that it intends to shut down HAARP, a controversial Alaska-based research facility that studies an energetic and active region of the upper atmosphere.
Conspiracy theorists are abuzz about the news, given that HAARP (short for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) has long been the center of wild speculation that the program is designed to control the weather - or worse.
In 2010, Venezuelan leader Huge Chavez claimed that HAARP or a program like it triggered the Haiti earthquake.
For the record, the Haitian quake of 2010 was caused by the slippage of a previously unmapped fault along the border of the Caribbean and North American tectonic plates.
One other website dedicated to the HAARP program claims that the program is to,
"analyze basic ionospheric properties and to assess the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for communications and surveillance purposes."
Was the late Hugo Chavez correct when he claimed that HAARP or any other program caused the Haiti earthquake in 2010?
MIT Technology Review, a global media company that is owned and operated by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology published an interesting article titled 'Spacecraft Saw ULF Radio Emissions over Haiti before January Quake.'
The article stated that 'DEMETER' witnessed,
"a clear increase in ultralow frequency radio waves being emitted from the Earth's the crust in that region in the build up to the quake":
Back in 2004, the French space agency CNES launched a small satellite called DEMETER into polar orbit some 700 km above the Earth's surface.
DEMETER's is an unusual mission. Its job is to monitor low frequency radio waves generated by earthquakes.
Today, a group of geoscientists release the data associated with the M 7.0 earthquake that struck Haiti in January. They say that DEMETER saw a clear increase in ultralow frequency radio waves being emitted from the Earth's the crust in that region in the build up to the quake.
The anecdotal evidence of electromagnetic effects associated with earthquakes is legion. Various accounts link earthquakes with mysterious light and heating effects.
Then there is the widespread evidence that certain animals can sense impending quakes, possibly because of a sensitivity to low frequency electric fields.
A claim made in the article by Michael Athanasiou and his associates from the Technical University of Serres in Greece say that,
"DEMETER spotted good of evidence of a change in ultralow frequency radio waves in the ionosphere above Haiti in the run up to the quake":
The results reveal a significant increase of the energy of ULF waves, up to 360%, for a period of one month before the main earthquake compared with the energy of the background," they say.
That's a dramatic increase. These emissions dropped gradually in the month after the quake. The implications are interesting.
Athanasiou and co say:
"The results of this paper clearly indicate that ULF electromagnetic waves can be very useful in revealing possible precursor seismic phenomena"
What is interesting about the article is that the earthquake was linked with "mysterious light and heating effects."
Was it HAARP, or was it Mother Nature's wrath of anger towards the self destruction of humanity by the continues wars, diseases, poverty and famine?
The Triggering of Storms

Weather Modification Engineering & Technology
Operation Certain Sentinel
Okay. Weather modification. The weather modification operation is called Operation Certain Sentinel. Factions in world intelligence are in control of this operation from space and from the moon. On October 25, 1979 it was reported in the press that a satellite had monitored a low-yield nuclear explosion on September 22, 1979.
On February 21, 1980 it was claimed by CBS news that this 1979 explosion was "Israel's first atomic bomb test" which was assisted by the government of South Africa. This was not true. No radiation. No fallout. No gamma rays, x-rays or neutrons were produced. According to the Andromedans, what they had seen was a twin-firing of particle beam weapons at an area in the ocean from the moon.
This event was part of a weather modification test of the ability to create large storms at sea, and then in the future, to guide the storms to the shores of a specific not-so-favored nation. According to the Andromedans, much of the rain in the midwest, and the tornadoes and snow storms this past winter were aggravated and exaggerated by weather modification stations on the moon.

Production of Weather Changes: The Process
According to Morenae, "Currently, in your hierarchy, there is a secret project called the TX Project that is under way. We will give you more information on this." Well, I haven't got that specific information yet, but I'm sharing with you what I have.
Here's how they do it. Weapons on the moon enable storms to be generated artificially at sea, or over large lakes, then guided to a specific target or location by modifying upper atmosphere electrical charges. Hurricane Alan was created in this way on August 3rd, when it hit the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, according to the Andromedans.
Now, I remember this storm. It hit the Gulf coast with 125 mph winds. And, it appeared almost out of no where. It was very early in the season, and it was seen as a "fluke". Now, they're doing this on purpose. They want to create weather catastrophes all over the planet so that we all become stuck in survival mode, and to get is to come together and approve a one-world government to "protect and save us."
Production of Artificial Earthquakes
Now, natural earthquakes are one thing. If you remember during the lectures, I said that many earthquakes would not be natural ones. However, natural earthquakes can be triggered by artificial induction. The Northridge quake is a good example of this. Many people remember seeing a flash of light before this quake started.
This is exactly what Morenae was describing when he talked about the use of particle beam weapons. All they have to do is generate beams from two points and cross them at a specific location on the planet. It creates a "flash" and a pressure will move down into the earth, reverberate somewhere in the crust and come back up and induce an earthquake. Now, one of the only things keeping the United States economy together is the State of California.
Devastate that, the United States economy is history. Most overseas transactions from China, Japan, Hong Kong and the Philippines come through Los Angeles and San Francisco.
The Phoenix Project actually gets its start in the late 40's. It was an attempt to control the weather using information and technologies derived from the work of Dr. Wilhelm Reich, an Austrian scientist.
Reich is said to have been a brilliant man, credited with discovering the highly controversial "orgone" energy. Orgone energy is also known as "life" or "orgasmic" energy and is very different from more ordinary electromagnetic energy. Reich supposedly proved the existence of orgone energy in various laboratory experiments, and wrote up his findings in several scientific journals. He claimed that orgone energy could cure cancer, a finding that didn't find wide acceptance with his colleagues. Reich also stated that orgone energy has related to "cosmic energy" and with the Newtonian concept of the "ether". Needless to say, his theories where widely criticized by his fellow scientists.
The "ether" is a Victorian concept that refers to a hypothetical substance that suffused all of space. It served as a medium for light and other forms of radiant energy. This ether was a popular concept and was used by more than one science fiction writer as a way to explain space travel. For example, E. E. 'Doc' Smith sprinkles references to the ether all through his Lensmen novels.
With further research, Reich found that orgone energy was responsible for storms and bad weather. "Dead orgone" or "DOR" was the term used to describe the "dead energy" found within violent thunderstorms and hurricanes. This dead energy was also found within people as well. Active people had plenty of orgone energy, while those who were depressed or sullen had an excess of DOR energy.
After extensive research, Reich finally developed a device that would break up concentrations of DOR energy. When set up with a weather balloon, this device would dissipate or deflect thunderstorms. Armed with Reich's storm-buster, the US Government created a device called a "radiosonde". This device consisted of several sensors and a transmitter that could broadcast across several bands to either build up orgone energy or to disrupt DOR energy. With it the government could control the weather.
It should be pointed out that any device capable of transmitting both orgone and DOR energy could be used to affect people as well. It is possible that the Phoenix Project was also looking into methods of population control. Supposedly, the Soviet Union had conducted extensive experiments on select populations by broadcasting orgone or DOR energy into the area to try and alter the emotion content of the population.
WEATHER MODIFICATION; I am a trained U.S. Air Force weather observer who worked in the military as an observer from 1960-1964;
....... serving mainly at Beale AFB, with a 3-month assignment at the Pacific Missile Range at Point Hueneme, Oxnard, California, working with NASA, RCA, and the U.S. Navy on the Tiros III weather satellite readout team.
I am familiar with cloud observation, jet contrails, the military, and space-based weather information systems.
Contrails are by definition 'condensation trails' left by hot jet exhaust melting ice crystals which rapidly cool and refreeze and disappear. They do not stay in the sky and create clouds.
A contrail is usually of low volume and extends some 2‐20 times the length of the aircraft. Exceptions occurred during WW II from large deployments of combustion engine bombers, but did not generally extend into the jet age.
Jet clouds made their major appearance for weather observers in the early 1990s, after many years of jet traffic without such clouds. One can go back and look at the sky in old movies to see the changes.
Why the change? Were the changes unintentional from commercial airlines and a change in fuel?
To answer this question, I began to observe the aircraft with telescope and binoculars.
My observations found that the majority of cloud-creating aircraft were all white, unmarked KC-135 (Boeing 707) or large C-141 air tankers, flying in groups and in grid patterns including turn around, flying in both military and commercial airspace, and clearly not commercial aircraft.
They have to be military or military contractors.
It is clear to me there is an intentional cloud creation program in operation daily across the USA, and a large part of the globe.
There are also some commercial airlines being outfitted for such purposes judging from other reports, as well as numerous other military aircraft.
Further analysis of the jet clouds indicated many cloud types in rows or cross hatched, indicating many different formation nuclei, rather than the normal cloud front with gradual changes in patterns.
It is obvious that a cloud creation program is in operation. It is obvious that it has been going on for many years and not just occasional testing.
The absence of such clouds during the 9/11 events and aircraft groundings was a clear break in the jet cloud program.
Anyone who witnesses a jet trail turn into a cloud and hang in the sky for hours, and sometimes days, is a witness to a cloud creation program.
You can call them anything you want, but they are documented fact and yet are being largely ignored.
Online research indicates there are many other observers and professionals who have made similar reports and are ignored, or called 'conspiracy theorists.'
I was only asking questions, so I was amused to find out I am so defined.
It is obvious to me that the term is used to convince the untrained to ignore factual information with disinformation. The cloud creation program is not a theory as they say, but a fact.
There are literally millions of pictures and miles of video of jet cloud formation.
This fact and military comments addressing the issue as a conspiracy is probably true; they should know since they are doing it.
But they would probably couch it as 'National Security' if they claimed it at all, and I am not sure whose; theirs or ours (see my comments on 'Ask an Astrobiologist' - NASA website).
Once I realized that there was a major and significant military weather modification program going on, I wanted to know why.
It was bad enough to have more than 80 recognized weather modification 'for hire' programs going on in the western US for snow pack, or water for hydroelectric power or agriculture, and other reasons which are altering the normal weather cycles for profit, and it is a 'rob Peter to pay Paul' program;
....... one gets water, the others lose it (drought, then fire) and the environment suffers.
My later training as a wildlife biologist (38+ years with the California Department of Fish and Game) told me that interruption of natural weather cycles can have a significant negative impact on the native flora and fauna, growth cycles, soil microbes and health, the timing of the seasons and water availability and distribution.
There had better be a damn good reason to put our native ecosystems in such peril.
My contacts with government representatives to find out more led me nowhere. They didn't know or would not discuss. The jet clouds were not even being discussed as influential on weather patterns.
I was treated as a pariah.
NOAA and NASA have actually changed the definition of 'contrail' on cloud charts by using pictures of jet-sprayed clouds to depict normal contrails.
And other 'scientists' are claiming that jet exhaust 'contrails' are spreading out to form clouds, without any analysis that it is actually coming from the exhaust, or as has been documented, other vents.
Nor do they explain why they cannot be contrails.
This is serious disinformation. We even have several new clouds based on just the spray program alone!
My conclusion is that artificial cloud creation and weather modification programs have been in operation for several decades;
....... in very visible but secret programs (see USAF 'Owning the Weather in 2025'). These programs pose the most significant and dangerous environmental impacts in human history.
Changing the weather also changes the native plant flora and all dependent wildlife species, and threatens man' s planetary survival.
These programs trap greenhouse gasses, elevate air temperatures (melt ice fields?), increase storm intensities, and alter normal weather 'chaos cycles.'
These programs could well be the basis for our significant weather and wildlife changes and respiratory disease increases; even before being analyzed in concert with HAARP electromagnetic technology for weather modification.
The rabbit hole goes much deeper.
I am totally amazed to watch our 'scientists' clamor after 'solar screen' geoengineering programs that create artificial cloud cover to protect us from global warming, while such a program has been ongoing for decades and probably is creating the very problems they say they want to solve.
These are programs that they "don't see," "deny exist," and call others "nuts" for discussing. Don't you guys ever go outside, look up, and watch the spray program? This is basic observation that anyone can do if they know what to look for.
How can our 'scientists' clamor for a program that is already an elephant in the sky and is having significant weather impacts?
This information is not even in the discussion, but is witnessed and photographed by millions of members of the public.
How can they deny with the mountain of information available?
Who exactly is represented here?
Who the hell are 'they'?
The largest mystery is the avoidance of the existing spraying program that is creating global warming.
The next is using the reason for creating a 'solar shield' to protect us from global warming, by transferring the apparent cause of heating to the sun.
Weather trends indicate we are in a period of cooling, so the solar shield reasoning seems bogus and the basis for much scientific argument.
The solar data indicates that most of the solar radiation increases have occurred in the last 30 years; well within the timeframe of manipulation with jet clouds and electromagnetic weapons that mimic the sun.
But one cannot deny the increases in UV & IR radiation hitting earth. If it is not the sun, what is it?
Again, military weather programs raise their shadowy head: The HAARP!
HAARP is the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, based on the Nikola Tesla invention of an electromagnetic frequency generator.
HAARP press officials claim it is capable of heating the magnetosphere thousands of degrees, pushing the atmosphere out into space (a Tesla dome), protecting us from missile attack, allowing communication with submarines and ships and ground tomography (seeing into the earth for holes, fluids, etc.).
While they deny it can be used to alter weather, such electromagnetic systems are fully capable of extreme modification since they can move the jet stream.

To blame the sun for the heat increases is to also refuse to acknowledge the existing sky cover that is creating global dimming, reducing solar availability from 20-40% or more, and long range solar trends.
It is all contradictory and confused; probably for the reason of hiding an electromagnetic war, the search for more oil, opening arctic shipping, environmental stock gambling and increased resource extraction.
There are even claims that a Russian HAARP facility is responsible for moving the jet stream and amplifying the effects of Katrina. It exists. It could do that. But did it?
Testing of soils, water and vegetation indicate sometimes dramatic and widespread increases in metals, particularly aluminum and strontium, which could only come from aerial application.
Used as metal salts which are 'water loving' and at a nanoscale needed to stay in suspension in the sky, they could very well be part of the jet spray nuclei used in jet cloud formation.
These substances are similar to silver iodide salts long used for cloud formation and weather modification since 1948.
Why use metallic particles? The USAF and NASA say aluminum coated fiberglass (chaff) is 20 times more reflective than sulfur and the metallic particles have strong electromagnetic properties.
So, why do they need electromagnetic properties? Metallic particles suspended in the air column can be heated, cooled, or otherwise used to alter the environment.
The inventor of the HAARP directional antenna, Bernard Eastland, claims that the generator can produce any frequency:
from high intensity microwaves to human frequencies, to geological frequencies. Experts claim that HAARP can alter mental function and create earthquakes.
The daily spraying of cloud cover creates a thin but present cap on the air column, in addition to the metallic silvery haze which drifts slowly to the ground.
This creates a metallic, plasma-like envelope from 30,000 feet to the ground which alters our living envelope, and which can be manipulated by HAARP.
I have documented the haze layer across the entire USA which I didn't know was possible. Eastland is a plasma physicist and in Holes In Heaven illustrates how microwaves "light up" normal air in a closed container;
....... analogous to heating the air column made more sensitive by metallic particles.
The cap also acts as a metallic mirror that can reflect HAARP waves to areas around the globe, and there are numerous HAARP facilities around the globe as well as mobile units.
The U.S. Government took down the HAARP website to conceal evidence of weather modification and earthquake inducing warfare (PC World News, 4/18/11).
One cannot view their waterfall and magnetometer charts that illustrated their use of the facility for such activities against foreign states which were clearly damaging.
What are the environmental effects?
They claim they don' t know?
This is very serious and dangerous weather manipulation and biological mismanagement!
We can see the damage all around us on a planetary scale, aside from the natural processes that are also occurring.
The only way to know what the natural weather really is requires turning off all the HAARP generators and stopping the jet cloud spraying. Then we will know what we need to do to reclaim and protect our natural world, if we can.
It' s hard to dismiss the feeling that the mad scientists are in charge. And in their hubris, they are ignorant of the environmental consequences while not telling the rest of us.
If you control the weather, you control the world. If you control the bank, you control the economy. The corporations control both.
Ex-FBI Director of the Los Angeles office, Ted Gunderson said,
"They are toxic dumps, genocide - created by an elite cabal within government that needs to be stopped."
I know there are natural biological solutions to help clean up the mess, and we need to get busy on it.
But, most importantly, we need to expose the truth and the real villains to stop the assault.
The fourth exopolitical factor concerns the use of weather modification technologies that former Secretary of State William Cohen confirmed as existing in 1997.
False flag operations using weather modification technologies are used to shift blame onto ‘unpredictable’ environmental factors, when in fact such technologies are being used as an instrument of national policy.
Such technologies can be used to create natural disasters or events that coerce nations into complying with the global secrecy system concerning extraterrestrial affairs.
This global secrecy system ensures that scientific information, alternative energy technologies and information concerning extraterrestrials is not released into the global media.
For example, the December 2004 Asian Tsunami affected a number of nations including the Indian sub-continent. At the time, India had been at the forefront of a growing number of disclosures concerning extraterrestrial visitation.
It is very possible that the Asian Tsunami served as a signal to India that weather modification technologies could be used if India pursued its disclosure policies.
Subsequently, the Bush administration signed in July 2005 an extraordinary agreement to help India develop its nuclear industry, and continued to allow US industries to outsource jobs to India.
This suggests that a mix of inducements and sanctions using weather modification technologies is used to gain the compliance of rising nations such as India that might otherwise challenge the global secrecy system.
Environmental weapons are designed to use a specific part of the Earth’s natural system - weather, climate, tectonic movements - as a military weapon, inflicting harm upon a population and economy controlled by a perceived enemy.
Environmental weapons use highly charged electromagnetic energy, which can activate and manipulate the electromagnetic fields of designated targets as large as the Earth’s ionosphere.
Environmental weapons are so designed as to trigger mammoth amounts of natural energy, in an earthquake, or hurricane, or storm, with a relatively low level of electromagnetic energy.
They can be a kind of Buck Rogers ‘death ray’, and the patents for environmental weapons are based on Nicola Tesla's original patents for a ‘cosmic energy machine’.
Environmental weapons can affect weather and climate systems, as well as the moods and consciousness of individuals or an entire city’s population.
HAARP is an experimental prototype for environmental weapons, located near Anchorage, Alaska.
HAARP is designed to supercharge and superheat the Earth's ionosphere for warfare:
....... to turn the ionosphere into a global antenna designed to track missiles and enemy movements; to help create weather warfare events such as massive earthquake, drought, or storms in enemy territory.
Environmental weapons can also inadvertently trigger large-scale tectonics movements, and Earth changes.
Some say that some earthquakes and unusual weather patterns that regions of the Earth are experiencing now may be caused, not only by phenomena such as El Nino, but also by secret environmental warfare.
The US, Russia and other nations para-military groups may be developing environmental warfare.
Electromagnetic weapons are the newest generation of strategic weapons, designed to replace nuclear weapons that are considered strategically obsolete.
Environmental warfare is usually carried out as part of strategic psychological warfare (psywar).

Yes, the corporate world does use mind controlled slaves. Several examples that pop immediately into my mind are ARCO - some of your listeners may have read "Angels don’t play this HAARP" by Begich and Manning.
If they haven’t, I recommend the book. You will read quite a bit about ARCO which did all kinds of HAARP research.
ARCO did a lot of research and the branch of ARCO which is APPI held some of the patents.
They also worked with E Systems which held some of the patents for HAARP research.
ARCO is one of the worst offenders, at least in terms of what I have discovered from victims of mind control that I have been in contact with.
They are one of the worst, so that probably explains why they were given a highly sensitive project like HAARP.
Another company that was given sensitive work to do was Gunderson.
Here in Portland Gunderson Steel has been making a large number of special order rail cars which have shackles and cupolas for guards. It is a very sensitive secret project which has been farmed out to 11 major railcar producers.
Gunderson is one of these.
And these railcars are to be used to transport civilians to all these already-built concentration camps across America.
Gunderson is another one of these companies that uses mind control slaves. I am speaking with firsthand knowledge about that because I have spoken with some of the programmed multiples that work at Gunderson.
Another corporation that comes to mind is a big, corporate conglomerate - Disney, Capital Cities, ABC - the three of them went together and made themselves a nice, big corporate conglomerate.
They produce porn and they do some other activities with the programmed multiple slaves.

Just getting back to ARCO, we are actually going to be interviewing Nick Begitch in a future show and talking about the HAARP project in particular.
I understand there are mind control elements to that project in particular. The information you found is in addition to that - they have been using mind controlled, trauma-based conditioned slaves as well?

Right. His book doesn’t talk about mind controlled slaves being used by ARCO - his book is about this technology that they are installing in Alaska.
It is a Star Wars-type technology that works in the atmosphere and manipulates things electronically - electromagnetic radiation.

Yeah. It’s a huge antenna array that shoots high frequency energy into the ionosphere.

Besides communicating with satellites, it can actually change the weather.
It can also manipulate the way people think in a geographical area that has been hit by its electromagnetic radiation.

One of the side effects apparently is extra low frequency energy that is reflected back to earth which is the frequency that our brain operates on.
The Kansas Weather Modification Program covers 16,000 square miles, or 10.2 million acres.
Last year, it included 16 full and six partial northwest Kansas counties and portions of three Colorado counties. It was begun in 1975 in southwest Kansas by the Groundwater Management District in Lakin. It expanded in 1997 into northwest Kansas.
Texas has 10 similar projects, and the entire state of Oklahoma has a weather modification program, as does western North Dakota, among others.
The latest scientific findings do little to ease the fears of Franklin, a fourth-generation farmer who runs cattle in addition to raising crops. He said the latest study could be interpreted many ways.
"I’ve farmed for 25 years and I never saw clouds dissipate in the way I’ve seen them in the last few years," he said.
Hurricane Weather In the Triangle
It's no accident that many ships, especially before the 1950s, sunk in that area.
The reason can be found in the weather patterns that affect that area. A perfect example of the volatile weather in that area came in the form of Hurricane Andrew.
This devastating hurricane passed right through the heart of the Bermuda Triangle, and caused incredible amounts of damage in the northernmost Bahamas, and also in south Florida.
Many other devastating hurricanes have passed through this area over the past 30 years, and have caused several ships to sink, even in modern times.
Storm systems exiting the United States usually strengthen in the Bermuda Triangle during the fall and winter because the very warm water in that area helps to develop those storms very quickly and sometimes without warning.
The legend of the Bermuda Triangle actually started in the 1500s during the height of trading between Spain and the Americas.
The peak trading season was between June and October, which is also during Hurricane Season in the Atlantic Ocean.
Many ships, loaded with gold and jewels for Spain, would set out into the Bermuda Triangle, and would either never return, or would arrive in Spain badly mauled by terrible storms, which the people on the ships claimed were attacked by sea monsters.
Actually, many of the ships sunk because the captains had no idea how powerful hurricanes could be, or how quickly storms could develop in that area.
Today, with weather satellites, advanced radar, reconnaissance planes, and other observation methods, hurricanes and other storms are much more detectable and predictable.
Ships can be turned away from them before they get into trouble.
HAARP Official Lies
Certain of the photos on the Navy’s "official" HAARP website betray the fact that the photos were doctored, a structure visible in the photos proves that (at least one of) HAARP’s transmitter site(s) is no longer in Alaska if it ever was but is in fact on Long Island, in the Westhampton pine barrens quite close to Brookhaven Labs, [Brookhaven was involved with 9/11 attacks] the nearby structure seen in the web page photo is part of Brookhaven!
The photos were altered by adding mountains in the background, to keep going the lie that the HAARP is being operated in Alaska.
Unconfirmed accounts state that HAARP has as many as 36 sites in operation at this time.
Preston Nichols, author and well-known investigator of covert operations, reported that he knows where this antenna site in the pine barrens is.
There is totally independent confirmation from another source that there is an antenna farm in the Westhampton pine barrens which is protected 24/7 by Delta Force type personnel with automatic weapons.
This fellow was hiking in the area and came upon the heavily fenced and posted site without having encountered any warning signs etc.
An armed guard wearing a featureless black uniform warned him off with threats of deadly force.
Needless to say my contact was shocked.
As mentioned in a earlier update, Nichols confirmed that he had been working with an Air Force contingent at Camp Hero’s subterranean complex;
....... this was the group which was implementing "Star Wars" particle beam technology apparently in "planetary defense" operations, directed in this operation specifically against the Hale-Bopp comet and an object said to be traveling in it’s wake.
As then noted, this contingent by all available accounts and evidence did NOT appear to be at all connected to previous mind control and time/space operations at this location.
Nichols affirmed that he had not been at the underground in Montauk for nearly a year, since the comet departed our skies, and that the current tenants at Camp Hero/Montauk Air Force Station are no longer Air Force personnel, but rather Navy operatives connected to the HAARP project.
If the HAARP crew wanted in at Montauk due at least in part to the extraordinary characteristics of this major earth grid power spot and it’s ability to "amplify" EM/RF waves I would have to venture a guess that a linking of the Montauk Project with the global capabilities of HAARP is high up on the agenda right now, as well as using the Montauk power spot to boost other acknowledged aspects of HAARP technology operations and experimentation.
References here and elsewhere to the whole field of planetary grid power points and such, as in relation to the tetrahedral physics concepts of Hoagland, Carl Munck and Bruce Cathie are considered to be solid science.
It is in fact within the internal military intelligence documentation on the HAARP project for example, that certain spots on earth are known to be electromagnetic "hot spots", [sacred sites and ley lines] where various electromagnetic, radio frequency and gravitational processes and phenomenon are drastically amplified, enhanced, interfered with or otherwise affected.
